Only the front desk almost cannot communicate in English which is inconvenient to a foriener like me.
All staff are kind.
The room itself was quite spacious. There was a large desk and the bed was a queen, and I liked that there was a full sized mirror in the room.
It was also the first hotel I've been to where you have to insert your keychain into a wall socket in order to turn on all the lights. That was quite cool and also can prevent forgetting your key since it's right by the door.
Only complaint is the wifi is a bit slow to connect, although I've found that many hotels in Japan have this problem so it's not just here.
