Great hotel! Big room and very clean. The complimentary drinks on the 11th floor was a nice touch. Close to the kurashiki train station

Good location. Near to tourist attractions location. Good breakfast.

Facilities: New, with a free public bath on the top floor.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the station and outlet mall.
Service: Warm and attentive, with complimentary bottled water in the room and a free coffee bar on the eleventh floor.

The location is superb, very close to the station! Right outside, there's a large supermarket just down a small path. It's also very close to the Bikan Historical Quarter, and there's a popular tonkatsu restaurant nearby that always has a long queue.

The room was small, actually the smallest of the five hotels I booked on this trip.

The shower came with a bathtub, and the drain was a bit clogged.

I left something behind at the hotel, and they kindly helped send it to my next hotel. Many thanks!

The price was reasonable, and the location was great. The room design was practical. I'd definitely book again if I get the chance. It was pretty good, the price was right. Overall, quite satisfactory.

Love the hotel for its cleanliness and comfortable bedding. Size is a little tight if you have big luggages. Breakfast is very good value for what you are paying. Location is excellent near sheltered alleys lined with shops and eateries. Hotel a short walk to the Bikan scenic areas. On Sunday, there is an interesting flea market outside the hotel.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the main tourist district. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and modern!
