Great in everything. Can't find any flaws at all. The customer service, food, and bath (cypress) were all good. There was a description on another travel site that the room was old and unsatisfactory, but it was cleaned properly and I didn't mind at all. Best place to stay in recent times

If you enjoy a Japanese style room, this is a good choice for you. We didn't get the Lakeview view room as we checked in late but did try their public bath (for man only) We try to buy breakfast on site but it's fully booked so better by the breakfast together when you do the booking. The location is very close to the castle city.

This is good Japanese style ryokan! The onsen is great, the room is clean and stuff n receptionist is kind. The one thing I feel not good is far from Matsue station. If u use train u can easily to go there. It’s near to castle of matsue, yomegashima. If u can see the sunset, it will be memorable experience!

Spacious clean room with wide beautiful sea view, nice and friendly both at lobby and restaurant expecially the lady staff '平川' who is always wearing a smile, good half board meals, free easy parking.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. Lovely ryokan & staff, spacious room and a big parking on site. They provide both the shower in the room as well as the onsen on the first floor. They only offer Japanese set breakfast. A little retro hotel but a good value for money and lovely staff.

It was a really nice inn. From the outside, it looked a little old, but the inside was well-maintained and clean. The large public bath was also clean and I was able to refresh myself. As I was traveling alone, I asked the front desk if I could take a photo, and they gladly agreed.
