It would've been good to have a change machine and detergent available in the laundry instead of having to go to the front desk but that's just a minor issue. The room was huge by Japanese standards and very clean

It was nice to have a coin laundry. The large communal bath was also nice. It was a shame that the parking lot🅿️ could not be parked inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

This hotel located in very good location. There many types of restaurants, club, pub, and convenient store. Their onsen is free and you should try for this type of new experience.

The staff were friendly and extremely professional. I liked the location because it was between the station and historical area so it was easy to walk to both of those locations

One of the most comfortable mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in after at least 80 nights in hotels in Japan. And the extensive breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had.

It felt great to be able to see Lake Shinji and the Ohashi Bridge while bathing. I stayed warm even after I got out of the bath. I was very satisfied with the price. I'll stay here again if I have the chance

It's convenient because there's a parking lot right in front of the hotel. Check-in is done by machine, but the front desk staff will help you if necessary. The room is compact but sufficient

It looks old, but it doesn't bother me at all. I was most looking forward to the large hot spring bath, and was able to take my time soaking when there were not many guests

Visited Sky Candle for the lunch buffet and it was everything and more! Good food, good prices and a spectacular view! Would definitely go again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Ichibata Railway Shinjiko Onsen Station, only two or three minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to take the Ichibata Railway to Izumo Taisha Shrine

The hot spring with a view located on a high floor was nice, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no open-air hot spring. I recommend it because it is good value for money with breakfast and dinner included

This time we drove there, there was a parking lot nearby and we had to pay 500 yen. The rooms at the hot spring hotel by the lake are also very nice. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choices. recommend!

Perfect 10 Clean, comfortable, very roomy western beds, breakfast was very delicious and service was best in class. The cultural show was an unique experience. Parking was plentiful and free

Also while they do offer a shuttle, and bikes to rent, please make sure to inform them so they can be ready to take you/accomodare you

We didn't get the Lakeview view room as we checked in late but did try their public bath (for man only) We try to buy breakfast on site but it's fully booked so better by the breakfast together when you do the booking

This is good Japanese style ryokan! The onsen is great, the room is clean and stuff n receptionist is kind. The one thing I feel not good is far from Matsue station. If u use train u can easily to go there

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha

Spacious clean room with wide beautiful sea view, nice and friendly both at lobby and restaurant expecially the lady staff '平川' who is always wearing a smile, good half board meals, free easy parking.
