The hotel in itself was great, comfortable room, good shower, exceptional lounge and kitchen which were spic and span, but most of all, the lady who checked us in was super kind and helpful. She even upgraded our family to a bigger room! Beyond that, she helped me in accomplishing my ice cream goal in Kushiro.
I really enjoyed it there, I was sad to have to check out the next day. If we didn’t have our flights booked, we would have stayed longer!

I used it for one night stay in Kushiro. The lady at the reception guided me very carefully and noticed that there were not enough beds and changed to a larger room.

Convenience store is within walking distance. It was close to the restaurant.
The only parking lot was a little far away, so it was a little inconvenient for those who came by car.
