I always book this hotel when I visit to the Muroran. The price is reasonable and the hotel is very good.
The room was a bit small and a little dated. Breakfast was okay. Overall, it was decent for the price.
The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the JR station.
From Lake Toya, we took the Donan Bus to Muroran to see Cape Chikyu. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Higashi-Muroran JR Station, very easy to find. It offers free hot springs, and the rooms are very clean. The front desk service was excellent; we asked them to call a taxi for us to Cape Chikyu. Good location with short walking distance from JR higashi Muroran station. Good choice of breakfast and also good onsen / hot baths facility.
Overall, it was excellent, much better than I had anticipated. It was very clean and well-appointed.

The hotel is located at the end of the main road to Muroran. However, Muriran is a small town thus it is very easy to access anywhere from the hotel.
nice indoor and outdoor onsen, many restaurants located near the hotel so there's lots of dinner options. also convenient break point to start a day journey to cape chikyu or elsewhere.
Car park fees 800 yen. Good location. Kura sushi next building. Don quiote walking distance. On sen, massage, supper, ice cream, drinks all inclusive. Self check in and out.
The room is very small but clean. Service from all staff is excellent. The buffet breakfast is very good. The use of the washing machine is free 👍, I really appreciate this service 🙏. Free Yakult during breakfast. Also provide free ice cream and free soba after 9.30pm.
We stayed 2 nights here with our 5 year old child. The queen size bed is not big enough to accommodate us, so we got another room on the spot. I enjoyed my stay here. The room was bigger than anticipated. We stayed in a room with twin beds. Parking was a little difficult to find as it was not clearly signposted. But the lady inside the hotel kindly provided a map of where to park. The pillow was a bit hard but other than that, the bed was super comfortable!
