Front desk doesn’t speak english much but they tried everything to make my stay feel good and their kindness is beyond I experience in Japan so far

I've never stayed there, so I don't know.
I ordered an ehomaki and went to pick it up on the day, but due to a mistake on the hotel's part, it had been reserved for the next day, so I didn't get it.
I was really looking forward to it, so it's very disappointing.
The receptionist apologized for it not being ready, but didn't mention that there had been a mistake.
As I had ordered over the phone, I didn't want to get into a pointless argument about who said what, so I just said it was fine and left on the spot...
I was worried that the same mix-up would happen with my hotel reservation.
Since it's such a special event, I hope they will consider improving the ordering system to make mix-ups less likely to happen.

It was much cleaner than I expected. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. I was able to stay there for a very reasonable price, so I would recommend it to others.

I checked out early so I couldn't have breakfast, which was a shame.
If you just want to stay overnight, I had no problems or complaints.

Only hotel in Muroran. It is an old hotel. I stay four night but they never came to clean my room or took out the garbage. It is about 5 minute walk from JR station. I stay in a big room with sofa and private bath room. There are two local supermarket near the JR station.

The hotel is terrible. It has probably not been renovated since it opened in the 1980s. The room is dirty and messy, and there is a strong smell of cigarettes and moldy old carpets. It makes me want to vomit! Apart from the service attitude, I can't believe that this is a Japanese hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night!
