All three of us stayed in cabin Obihiro. We were really pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel, boasting an onsen that was way better than we expected. Staff were helpful and good to us and everything was simple and easy!

Our room is probably called Family room, with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. The room was pretty big for Japan size and kept clean. The furniture is old but it never bother us. The sento facility was the highlight for us. There's a Seico kombini across the road. We'll stay here again if opportunity arises.

I stayed overnight in Obihiro on my way back from a trip to Shihoro. There's a moor hot spring, and I warmed up in it twice. The breakfast buffet had a great view and was delicious! I'm glad I stayed here. The hotel arranged for my suitcase to be sent by courier, and I took the morning bus back to New Chitose Airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Wonderful experience after 1 year past to stay again and the hotel never disappoints me. Sincere staff clean environment and nice breakfast which always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. No doubt it will be my only option for next trip to Obihiro.

It's very close to Obihiro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available downstairs at the hotel, which is convenient. The rooms are standard Japanese-style and generally new. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, and both are quite tasty.

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. There was a parking lot on-site, so I was able to quickly leave my car at night. The hot springs were very relaxing, so I enjoyed them both in the morning and at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Obihiro.

It is an old hotel, but the service is good, the space is spacious, suitable for the whole family, there are many kinds of hot spring pools, and the meals are cheap and delicious. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

I always try to stay at Dormy Inn when in Japan as I rarely have any bad surprises and usually are well maintained & clean. Onsen and late night ramen are nice

Quick overnight stay. Onsite parking not available if you are a little late so you will be directed to park near JR Obihiro. One of the newer rooms I've stayed in in Japan and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

The hotel staff is friendly. The pillows are too low, but they can provide pillows. They also provide free breakfast and fresh juice. The parking lot is very convenient and you can park at the door of the hotel. There is a separate air conditioner in the room.

Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup.

Standard business hotel but wait, what’s that? Fantastic extras. Really lovely. Ochazuke (authentic oriental porridge) Mugi-cha (ancient Brian tea), excellent bicycle parking, lovely spacious lounge. Much better than those noisy, overly designed, flashy, stinky boutique hotels. Don’t fix what’s not broken. The Japanese really knew what was what in 1970.

Tried to ask for clothes hanger on the phone from our room but the staff could not understand and did not bother to understand, just silence at the other end! Needless to say, service was poor. The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.

It's a shame that there is no open-air bath, but the spring water is of excellent quality and warms the body. The breakfast is also delicious, so I stay here every time.

Breakfast is a set meal, but after I sat down and ordered, I was left alone for over 20 minutes, and when I told them I'd had enough and wanted to leave, they came right away. It wasn't very crowded, so maybe they were busy clearing away other tables? If it takes that long, it's messing up my plans, so I wish they'd offer a buffet instead. It's a shame.

The free-flowing moor hot spring was great. The hot spring is quite hot, but as soon as you get in, it feels slippery and comfortable. There is a fee for motorcycle parking, but it's indoors, which is great.

The onsens have indoor and outdoor baths. There a seperate bath which is common for everyone only until 7pm. The food was good and I was full after dinner.

I stopped by this hotel on my way back from mountain climbing. I only needed a place to stay, so I chose this cheap hotel, but it was well-equipped with a hot spring with plenty of water, a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes, and excellent service for welcoming and dining. The triple room we booked was spacious and well maintained. Bathroom was huge with an onsen bathtub and we are very pleased with our stay. This is good value for money. Onsite carpark was ¥500 overnight.

The hotel resembles an old apartment building. The rooms are enormous, the largest I've ever stayed in a large Japanese hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but that doesn't affect usability. The location is a bit out of the way, with limited dining options nearby. Unlike newer hotels, there are no direct USB ports. Otherwise, everything is fine and quite good, including a delicious breakfast

Of all the hotels in Obihiro, this one is the cheapest. While there's parking, it's cramped and requires careful handling. The elevator is also cramped, but the room is quite large. The bathroom is like a large bathhouse, but the facilities are dated. Not a good place to stay.

I left something behind. Is this my fault too? I wasn't contacted at all. I realized it myself and went back. Apparently Tokachi Gardens Hotel is the parent company. This is a hotel group where you can't expect good customer service. The hot springs are great, but the customer service is terrible.

The room was spacious and very clean and we stayed for 2 days. There was a play place for children. A big comfortable to relax after insen. I had good view of lake and mountain from our room. onsen was very good. Very pleasant place to stay to relax. Not much activities nearby like to walk round or view. Quite unfortunate the restaurant was closed and we didn't get to try their food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, but clean. Parking is prepaid. You can enter and exit as many times as you like with your parking ticket. The parking lot is almost full at night, so you have to go to the top floor to park. There is no elevator in the parking lot.

This hotel has a rich history, as can be seen from the photos of celebrities on the walls. The hotel's hot spring facilities and rooms are very clean and tidy, but please note the opening hours. Cheap outdoor onsen stopover when you're driving along the Shin-Hidaka area. They say the water is natural but I may have smelled chlorine. I could be wrong. There's also a decent restaurant in there.
