we had stayed here for 2 nights. the facility is a bit old fashioned but renewed. staff are very very friendly and helpful. probably one of the best staff i had ever met in Japan. they are truly nice and willing to help. their services are really remarkable. they had a phone which could call outside the hotel. i had used their phone during my stay and was charged. I am not unwilling to pay such. but i would suggest to write a short notice near the phone to notify other guests about the charges. location is within 5 min walk to station. and nearby has a seico mart.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, but clean. Parking is prepaid. You can enter and exit as many times as you like with your parking ticket. The parking lot is almost full at night, so you have to go to the top floor to park. There is no elevator in the parking lot.

The air conditioning needs to be improved. It's difficult to fine-tune, so when it's on, it gets so hot I sweat, and when it's off, it gets so cold. Also, when it's on, the sound resonates with the air vents, making it so noisy I can't sleep. I guess it depends on the room...

The location is great, right in front of Obihiro Station.
The staff were especially friendly.
I appreciated the fact that they spoke Japanese very slowly.
The female staff member even gave me ramen and a tea set as a gift! The service was excellent!
I stayed in a tatami room, and it was incredibly clean.
It was more than enough for two people.
You can also use the hot springs at a nearby hotel.
The second floor has a space for breakfast, coffee, and other drinks.
There's a vending machine and comics available.
The first floor also has shampoo and conditioner.
I'd love to come back again.
Highly recommended!

Parking is available at OB Parking across the street for 700 yen. The room facilities are good. I'm also happy that bottled water is provided. There are no amenities such as lotion or a comb. Free drinks are available on the second floor, but I didn't use them because it was a hassle to go all the way up there. Breakfast includes a mini pork bowl and a good selection of food. The staff in the cafeteria were very energetic and friendly. I was given a paper cup when I tried to take coffee to my room. I think this hotel offers a good balance between the room, location, and price.

I tried to find a place to stay in front of Obihiro Station just before the Obon holiday, but all the hotels were much more expensive than usual, so I stayed at the cheaper Paco Hotel. Still, it was a bit pricey for an old business hotel. Many hotels in front of Obihiro Station have large hot spring baths, but unfortunately Paco Hotel did not, so I got a bathing ticket at the front desk and used the large hot spring bath in the basement of the affiliated Premier Hotel across the street.

The hotel building is old, but it has been renovated and looks new. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

1 Beautiful. Obihiro has another paco, but it's more beautiful than that.
2 Breakfast is delicious. The curry was delicious. Zangi never had the day I went.
3 Domin Discount 3000 yen (breakfast 1100 yen, CABIN bath 1000 yen included). You can get a coupon of 2000 yen.
4 Parking lot is 700 yen. On the homepage, it says 650 yen. I'm not going to stingy, but if you notice it, you should correct the notation as soon as possible.
5 You can drink coffee or cocoa as a free drink on the 2nd floor until 2100.
6 You can read manga on the 2nd floor. There was a devil and a dress.
