Very big lobby and seemed to be a really big hotel but we arrived late just to stay the night. Room was ok sized for 3, not the most spacious but adequate.

I stayed in a room with a great view. The room was comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, Taoyuan. However, the shop closed early, so I wasn't able to look around for souvenirs, which was a shame.

The location was great, close to the station. It would have been nice if the hotel had a few more facilities. It would have been better if the meeting space in front of the front desk had been a little more open.

It's conveniently located near the station and restaurants. There's an affiliated parking lot next door, so parking is easy. The facility isn't new, but it's perfectly usable.

It seemed like the number of customers had decreased compared to before, but the reception staff's service was first-rate. I thought it was wonderful. I hope they bring back the hokki curry for the breakfast buffet. I'd like to visit again.

Because our itinerary was too rushed the previous day, Tomakomai became our transit point. We also planned to go to the Shiraro Beef Festival the next day. Looking at the map, Tomakomai was the perfect place. It's a landmark traditional hotel. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a nice view.

Good ! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is clean but fixtures are a bit dated. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cheaper alternatives for hotel near the airport. Not as near as hotel in Chitose but the rate is save a lot

Situated in a quiet suburb within walking distance of convenience stores. Quiet and safe surroundings, fresh air is good for morning walks and cycling to nearby attractions. The place is well managed. Take note that toiletries and the usual complimentary teas and coffee are all located at the lobby and self serviced.

Although it's a chain hotel, the service rivals that of a luxury hotel, with comprehensive and complete facilities. The hot springs are perfect for relaxation, and the location is also excellent, making it a top choice for travel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dormy Inn Hotel. One of the highlights has to be all the little complimentary treats – free ramen for guests before 11pm, a coffee machine in the lobby, ice cream if you use the onsen before 1am, and probiotic drink in the morning onsen before 10am. Great hot spring hotel, late night ramen and breakfast, the cooking is very attentive and delicious. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to bring my family to stay here. The room layout has a sense of privacy and is very warm. I love it.

Even though the facilities are basic, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and had an excellent attitude. They went out of their way to help us with parking, translating and communicating, which was really heartwarming. The tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) at breakfast was delicious too!

It's right next to JR Tomakomai Station. There's a Route Inn in front of the station, and a Toyoko Inn next door. Like other Toyoko Inns, guests are welcomed with a free breakfast.

Route Inn hotel is not luxury but always satisfied. Very friendly front desk and good standardized room, Public bath is small but tide.

The hotel is located not far from food street, not too challenging to search for food. There hotel comes with free parking. JR station located right in front of the hotel, 2 mins walk.

I've stayed here several times. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's manageable. The breakfast is free, and they even have alcoholic beverages and a stylish menu, so I'm very satisfied. The staff are all very polite, and I would like to stay here again if I have the chance. The building is old, but it's clean.

The facilities were clean, and the room was comfortable. The large windows made it fun to look out at the scenery. It's a shame I couldn't try the large bath, though ㅠㅠ. The room itself was very comfortable and nice. I think I'll stay here again if I ever come to Tomakomai again.

The hotel has a great location with free parking and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! Unfortunately, the restaurants next door were full, and I don't speak Japanese. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped me find a restaurant and make a reservation by phone.

enjoyed this lovely and warm stay. the staff was so attentive and gracious. truly appreciate the free parking provided and the welcome amenities kit. the bath house is quiet and filled with anything you need for a bath.

It was close to the gymnasium, which was our destination, and they provided an amenity kit for women and had a small but clean bath, so we were able to get a good night's rest.

A hotel worth staying at. Friendly staff, clean rooms, large parking lot for convenient parking, 10-minute walk to downtown restaurants. Rooms don't have bathrooms, but there's a large public bath on the ground floor for easy showering. Two dining options available. High value for money. Worth staying at.

I used it for the first time, but the hall is very beautiful and there is no dust in the room. The bath is an artificial hot spring, but the skin is smooth and medium. I didn't add meals this time, but I'll try it next time. It was a good inn with good staff support ❗

The hall was beautiful and the customer service was good. The food is delicious and draft beer is offered cheaply. You can bring it in, so I'm glad I could drink my favorite chu-hi. I stayed at Tomakomai for the first time for fishing, but it was a hotel that I wanted to visit again.

Old furniture inside but a clean room. In smoking room there was an arrong smell of old cigarettes. Good breakfast, comfortable location. There are all u need in the room but don't choose a smoking room

I would like to especially thank one of the front desk ladies for her kindness. One Dec 19, at around 3:20 a.m., my mum had severe foot pain and needed an ambulance. She patiently helped us make the emergency call to hospital in Japanese, turned on the heating in the lobby while we waited, and calmly reassured us. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Amenities were placed behind the front desk, and guests were free to take whatever they needed, which I personally thought was a great system. There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and restaurants near the hotel, so it's perfect. The room was also well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay.

Recommended, it is very convenient to have your own parking lot, it is worth recommending

It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Tomakomai Station, but the room environment is cozy, the breakfast is good, and it's fun to walk around the alleys on the way to and from the station, so I recommend it.

The room is big enough to open a suitcase. The entrance is at the parking lot and you need to take the elevator to the second floor. The parking lot was full and there was a special parking lot (there was a map at the entrance). We didn't see it until later. We ended up parking in the paid parking lot next to it. We didn't buy breakfast, so we don't know how it was.
