One Dec 19, at around 3:20 a.m., my mum had severe foot pain and needed an ambulance. She patiently helped us make the emergency call to hospital in Japanese, turned on the heating in the lobby while we waited, and calmly reassured us.
As a foreigner, I truly appreciated her patience and care. She is a very kind and wonderful person.
Room is very clean, parking is nearby and easy to access. Highly recommended hotel.
There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and restaurants near the hotel, so it's perfect.
The room was also well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay.
the room environment is cozy, the breakfast is good,
and it's fun to walk around the alleys on the way to and from the station, so I recommend it.
Also, the walls and floors in the room were stained and unclean.
The walls were thin, so I could hear the sounds of the toilet and people talking.
the location for us is a bit far because most of our business was held on sapporo and niseko.
