Dormy Inn Tsu in Tsu

Very near to Tsu station and the amenities provided were good, they had some gifts like jelly in the refrigerator room, ice cream and yakult drink near public bath and complimentary noodles served during night time between 9.00 to 11.00 pm.

The location was great, close to the station.

The bathtub was spotless, and since we were staying multiple nights, the room wasn't cleaned daily, so even though we used the bathtub, not everything was replaced. Only towels were replaced, and pajamas and other items were not provided unless we contacted the hotel. The room cleaning standard was poor. Normally, the room staff would check the items provided each time and provide the same ones they provided.

Also, since we arrived early, we waited in the lobby until check-in time, but they were already checking in other early arrivals. We waited until check-in time to ask the front desk, but they didn't give us a satisfactory answer, which left us feeling unsure.

The male foreigner at the front desk was very polite and pleasant, but the Japanese woman (who wasn't new) was condescending and unpleasant.

Also, we were told that even those with small tattoos or stickers cannot enter the hot springs, so we ended up paying the bathing tax for nothing. This is a must-see for those with tattoos. Nowadays, there are many people with stylish, small tattoos, so we would have preferred to have the option to use the baths later in the day.

If I go to Tsu in the month, I probably won't choose this hotel.
I only received disappointment. It's a shame.
