SUPER HOTEL Premier JR Nara Station in Nara

the Japanese style service is very comfortable and the natural hot spring is great

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to JR Nara Station, making transportation a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket next to JR Nara Station, which is really handy. You can also catch a bus right outside the hotel to Nara Park.

The hotel offers many optional services, showing great thoughtfulness.

The onsen (hot spring) experience was generally good. They even provided sleep aids like different pillows and sleep supplements.

My room was quite spacious for one person, though the facilities were relatively simple. The keyless entry with a password lock on the door was great as it meant I didn't need to carry a room card. The hairdryer was a Refa, and it was fantastic!

The best part was definitely the free happy hour at the restaurant in the evenings. There was a wide variety of drinks available, and many guests brought food from the convenience store to enjoy with their drinks.

This hotel is great! It's right by JR Nara Station, yet the soundproofing is excellent. The staff are really friendly and even gave me a free face mask. It's also super close to Nara Park, just a short walk away. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Facilities: The hotel is located in a building right next to Nara Station. There's a skybridge from the second floor of the station platform that leads to the elevators, which take you directly to the hotel. Check-in, breakfast, and the hot spring are all on the same floor.

Environment: The hotel's surroundings are well-equipped. Nara Station and the bus stop are right downstairs, the supermarket is on the first floor of the train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's quite a bustling area in Nara. There's also an express bus to Kansai Airport in the morning.

Service: The hotel service is good. Check-in is self-service, and the restaurant offers complimentary wine tasting. The room size isn't large, but our room faced the train station side, offering views of Nara city outside the window.

This hotel slightly exceeded my expectations. The service and facilities, including the hot spring and complimentary drinks, were excellent. The breakfast was incredibly diverse, and the location is very convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again if I have the chance.

The transportation is incredibly convenient; you can take an elevator directly from the platform to the front desk, so there's no need to worry about wind or rain. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.

The hotel's own hot spring is open all night, which is perfect if you want to avoid crowds.

The entire place is clean and tidy, and the room even came with a multi-port charging cable, which shows great attention to detail! Thumbs up!

Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is especially good for those who need to leave early. Check-out is quick and self-service. This is my second time booking this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nara.

The hotel is literally next to the JR Nara Station.You can purchase all of your travel tickets there and the airport bus tickets, too. In that area, there is a grocery store, a Walgreens type store, and nice affordable places to eat. I highly recommend the place on the corner(pic #1-2). The two guys that run it are so nice. There is a long shopping/restaurant street kinda across from the tourist center. I don't recommend this one ramen place located there. They make everyone pay before eating, and for the basic ramen that I got, it was overpriced. My bowl wasn't even full!(pic# 3-7)

The tourist center is located close by, and the folks in there are very helpful(pic# 8). All of the buses are right there, so touring is very easy. The hotel itself is very comfortable. It's keyless, so take a picture of your pass code. The onsen on the premises has a pass code as well. Inside was very nice and relaxing. I went at 2:20am and it was wonderful. They have pajamas, pillows, and a free happy hour. The variety of spirits is extensive. Also, the elevator smells so good! The scent will de stress you. You can try a lot of things with a nice view of the station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The last two pictures are the view of the bus terminal. 1. The hotel's welcome bar is a really nice touch. From 5-9 PM, they offer a free tasting of various drinks. It's almost always full, but everyone is very quiet.
2. The bathroom in the room is genuinely small, which makes using the toilet and washing up a bit inconvenient.
3. All the staff are very enthusiastic. The middle-aged gentleman who checked me in was especially helpful, and the younger female staff members were also very warm.
4. I did encounter one staff member, Ms. Benshan, whose service I was not satisfied with. I was checking out and needed to store my luggage around 7:50 AM on October 25th, as I was going to the Shosoin Exhibition. She handed me a form and told me in English to fill in my name and room number. However, there was no field for a room number on the form. She then urged me to fill in my phone number, repeating it twice. I explained that she had just said 'room number,' which was why I was looking for that field. At that point, she just said it wasn't necessary and took my luggage. There weren't many other guests that morning, and I wasn't taking up much of her time. This kind of service attitude definitely needs retraining.

👍 Right next to the JR station, you can get directly to the hotel from the East Exit without even going downstairs.
👍 Although it's very close to the JR station, it's super soundproofed! You really can't hear a thing.
👍 The hotel has its own free hot spring bath. It's not big but quite clean.
👍 The hotel as a whole is also relatively new. The only downside is that the rooms are indeed quite small 👎.
👍 In the evening, there's a bar where you can mix your own drinks for free. Breakfast is 1500 JPY per person, and it's pretty good! You can also sit by the window with a view.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread is amazing, and you can even enjoy the hot springs. Plus, they offer complimentary drinks in the evening! The location couldn't be better – it's right outside the train station. For Japan, the rooms are quite spacious, and everything is super clean!
