Good staff

While the facilities were a little old, they seemed well-maintained and I didn't find it uncomfortable.

The air conditioning wasn't individual to each room, but rather a central heating system that vented from the walls, so it was warm enough even though I stayed there in the middle of winter. It was easy to control the temperature - off, low, medium, and high - which was great. There was also an extractor fan, which was appreciated by smokers.

Considering the price, the facilities were adequate and the service was excellent.

The all-you-can-drink freshly ground coffee was also a plus.

The room is double-glazed, probably to block out noise as it's located next to the train tracks. Thanks to this, I wasn't bothered by the sound of the trains at all. The double-glazed windows also seem to provide excellent insulation.

And best of all was the breakfast. Despite the low price of 390 yen, it was decent and of good quality. The ochazuke (rice with green tea) was particularly good. The selection wasn't extensive, but that was fine. Some hotels offer dozens of different items at their breakfast buffets, but since you're only going to eat about five items at most, I would prefer that they reduce the number of items and improve the quality of each one, and that's exactly what happened here. The quality was so good I couldn't believe it was only 390 yen.

When I entered the smoking room, there was a slight smell, but I had Febreze and put curtains and carpets on and it didn't bother me.
I guess the reason they charge for breakfast is because they can't compete with the big companies.

The room was average, but I was attracted by the reasonable price and the fact that breakfast was only 390 yen. In fact, for just 390 yen, you get all-you-can-eat ochazuke! The ingredients were plentiful, so I ended up eating three bowls. 😋
I was very satisfied.

Near the station. Breakfast included. Economical, affordable, and convenient.

Some rooms were newer than others, but the amenities were comfortable and I was satisfied.
The design and functionality of the pillows being able to be used as backrest cushions are a great plus.

It was nice to have free coffee.
