Cons: The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and there were stains on the duvet cover.
Notes: Overall, this hotel felt good. It's not my first time staying at a Sanco property; I've stayed at their hotels in many Japanese cities. However, this time I was very unlucky to encounter very rude Japanese neighbors who were making noise until 11 PM, seriously disturbing other guests' rest. They were also quite rude when confronted by the front desk staff, showing no remorse whatsoever, which was both surprising and infuriating.

Cleanliness: The hotel cleanliness is excellent, and the hot spring on the 3rd floor is also quite clean.
Ambiance: The hotel seems to be 10 stories high in total, with guest rooms from the 4th to the 10th floor.
Service: There's a Sri Lankan guy at the front desk who speaks perfect English. There's also a real-time translator at the front desk, so if you don't speak Japanese but know a bit of English, overall it shouldn't be a big problem.
