Hotel Global View Tsu in Tsu

When I parked my car in the parking lot, there was a hotel staff member who drove off in the hotel car and threw a traffic cone without a word of greeting. I was told that the air conditioning didn't work because it was a special room when I checked in, even though I hadn't booked it. When I got to the room and called the front desk, the front desk's response was terrible, and a person who seemed to be the manager said that the reservation from an overseas site was made through Jalan, so it was a special room, which was an excuse that had nothing to do with us, and at the end he only apologized one word. Due to the air conditioning, 15 out of 30 rooms don't work, but this room's air conditioning works, so he brought the air conditioning remote control. By the way, I don't know why I was shown to a special room even though I didn't book it. Also, the walls of the room were thin and I could hear everything in the hallway, and amenities cost 300 yen. The breakfast buffet was not that great, so I won't be returning. Even though they said it was renovated, the walls were peeling, the air conditioning was not working, and the lock was an old lock. Above all, the staff's response was terrible. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel to relax my tired body, but I was irritated from the moment I arrived, and it became a terrible memory. I don't want to stay there again.
