Maebashi Hotel LUKA in Maebashi

Very friendly, helpful staff. Has a washer available-great for business or personal laundry. PC available for use in lobby area. No restaurant.

It was a little far from the station, but it was comfortable. There were very cute goldfish. The reception staff were very kind, and it was a good stay overall.

I used this hotel when attending events such as the Maebashi Festival.
First of all, the front desk staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was very homey, which I really liked.
Both the hotel lobby and guest rooms were very clean, and there were Gunma-chan and Koroton plush toys, as well as free coffee, which made for a heartwarming experience.

It seems that the cast of the currently popular "Maebashi Witches" also visited, as there were posters and merchandise with their autographs on display.

It's a little far from the city center, but that makes it quiet, and there's free parking.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are local Gunma restaurants, ramen shops, and other eateries.

I will definitely use this hotel again, next time with breakfast included.

It was a non-smoking room, so there was no smell, and the room was very clean.
The washing machine and gas dryer were available at a reasonable price, but the dryer was a bit quirky; it was fixed at 20 minutes (no time extensions allowed) and the cooling cycle had to be stopped at the start. It's easy to use once you get used to it.

The staff were very helpful, and I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

I don't usually write reviews, but it's been a little over two years since I discovered this hotel, and I've become more and more captivated every year, so I wanted to share it with everyone. ^^

This is my favorite hotel, completely overturning the notion of a mass-produced business hotel.

Perhaps because it's run by a woman, the warm hospitality is evident everywhere. There are many subtle touches that cater to guests' every need.

Above all, from the bright and beautiful lobby to the spacious rooms. As a business traveler, I'm especially pleased with the spacious tables and luggage racks that are large enough to hold a lot of luggage.

Every room has a high-quality mattress, and I sleep so soundly, I always sleep so soundly I forget my memory before I know it, even more so than at home. lol

They understand.
And when you wake up in the morning, a nutritious and filling breakfast with a wide variety of items is waiting for you!

You can also enjoy delicious freshly brewed coffee in the lobby, which is the best!!!

Every time I stay here I always wonder if it's really okay to stay at this price, and from now on I'll be checking out this hotel whenever I'm in Maebashi.

Very Comfortable Hotel

The bedroom was very clean even though it was an exceptional price!
Bathtubs, toilets and sinks are clean
It's still old, so it may not be good for those who are obsessed with cleanliness

I think it's a better room than the price.

It was a little disappointing that the parking lot was narrow 💦

As the word of mouth said, the customer service was very good, and the amenities were substantial, and I especially liked the bath salt service. Also, I appreciate the free massage machine and coffee in the lobby. Also, the mattress on the bed is AIR from Nishikawa, Tokyo, and it's very comfortable to sleep on. Apart from the fact that the toilet 🚽 has a cold toilet seat, it is a very satisfying hotel in terms of cost performance.
