The washlet was good, but the toilet seat was not heated. It was fine in the summer, but it was tough in the cold winter.

It was very clean and easy to access, but the cleaning carts lined up in the hallway before check-out in the morning were a nuisance for guests with suitcases.

The hotel is good; although a bit old, it's well-maintained. The windows open wide, offering excellent ventilation. There's also a wired internet port available. The room has a fridge, but the TV is a bit small. In the bathroom, the taps aren't thermostatic; they're old-style double-knob controls, making temperature adjustment quite tricky. The room door uses a mechanical key, which I was worried about...

This is my second time staying here. While no meals are provided, the numerous restaurants nearby meant this wasn't an issue. The public bath's operating hours seemed shorter, and I didn't get the chance to use it.

The room came with most essentials like a microwave, fridge, and a gown. While there was no complimentary water, it was a nice touch to find two chilled glasses, allowing us to enjoy a cold drink right away. Great location with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Good value for money; the room was generally clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only minor complaints are that the room was a bit dusty and there's no luggage storage available after check-out.

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation. The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.

I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.

The room was perfect for our stay and the owner were nice and respectful exceptional they don't speak English well. Will recommend for traveling from another country.

This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value. The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay.

I had booked a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that was definitely a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant (maybe it was originally a smoking room...). I don't think it can be hidden for people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. That was the only disappointing thing.

Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo

Great budget friendly hotel. Close the train station, surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised when the shower suddenly turned cold and it took a while for the hot water to come back on.

Extremely convenient, only about a 3-minute walk from Omiya Station. The room was clean and made me feel good.

I stayed for three nights. On the first day, there was no hot water and I was cold. It was good that it was close to the station.

The soundproofing isn't great, but I was able to relax comfortably. The amenities are well-stocked.

Can not ask more for what I paid for. Will definitely come back again and again. The room is bigger than the picture they show on the website. The food are tasty. And the location is so convenient for everything I need to get done.

I stayed here for one night after missing my train home. It was very close to Omiya Station and the staff was very friendly. I hadn't eaten all day, so seeing the curry bar, I was very excited. It was a nice touch. The facility is quiet and very clean. I highly recommend this place, and will be booking again the next time I visit Omiya!

We booked the vertical capsule for a night during golden week. Unexpectedly amazing stay for the price! The capsule was quite large for being located at a prime spot and the bathroom and showers were spotless. On top of everything else, the free ice cream, rice and curry and instant noodles were at our disposal for midnight cravings. Totally worth it!

Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room. Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy.
