The facilities were a bit old-fashioned, like a traditional business hotel, and the room layout was a bit awkward to use, but cleanliness was fine. The services included free drinks and breakfast bento boxes, which was nice.

The bed was very comfortable and I had a great time! It was a little inconvenient that I couldn't reach the outlet when using the kettle, but other than that I was very satisfied!

It's conveniently located near Warabi Station. The room was clean and well-maintained, which was great. The free drink service and the fact that a packed breakfast is provided make it a good hotel.

Drinks in paper cups and breakfast bento boxes are free, which is a good deal. The room keys are old and don't have an auto-lock, so security is a concern. The bathroom is small and just the right size, but the price is reasonable.

The access to the travel destination was good and it was a perfect base for solo travelers.

The room is not small but very old and not soundproofed at all. If it weren't for my friends who live nearby, I would definitely not consider it.

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation. The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.

I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.

The room was perfect for our stay and the owner were nice and respectful exceptional they don't speak English well. Will recommend for traveling from another country.

This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value. The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay.

I had booked a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that was definitely a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant (maybe it was originally a smoking room...). I don't think it can be hidden for people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. That was the only disappointing thing.

Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo

Very good hotel, the room is quite spacious and the cleanliness is ok. There is a mall nearby, various Konbini too

Great budget friendly hotel. Close the train station, surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised when the shower suddenly turned cold and it took a while for the hot water to come back on.

Extremely convenient, only about a 3-minute walk from Omiya Station. The room was clean and made me feel good.

I stayed for three nights. On the first day, there was no hot water and I was cold. It was good that it was close to the station.

The soundproofing isn't great, but I was able to relax comfortably. The amenities are well-stocked.

There aren't many hotels around Iwatsuki Station, so I made a reservation. This is an adults-only hotel, but it's clean and quiet.

The room is clean and tidy. The food menu has been completely renewed, and I think the taste is delicious for the hotel's rice. As we offer a 1000 point present service on Monday, I think that there is no loss in making a member's card.

Can not ask more for what I paid for. Will definitely come back again and again. The room is bigger than the picture they show on the website. The food are tasty. And the location is so convenient for everything I need to get done.

I stayed here for one night after missing my train home. It was very close to Omiya Station and the staff was very friendly. I hadn't eaten all day, so seeing the curry bar, I was very excited. It was a nice touch. The facility is quiet and very clean. I highly recommend this place, and will be booking again the next time I visit Omiya!

We booked the vertical capsule for a night during golden week. Unexpectedly amazing stay for the price! The capsule was quite large for being located at a prime spot and the bathroom and showers were spotless. On top of everything else, the free ice cream, rice and curry and instant noodles were at our disposal for midnight cravings. Totally worth it!
