Love my stay at this hotel with my families. The staff were very friendly in assisting us with all of our needs, and made sure our rooms are all on the same floor. The rooms are very clean and spacious, more spacious than the typical hotels we stay in Japan. Location of the hotel is very near the train station too.

very convenient to take Shinkansen train in the morning, highly recommended.

I often stay at this hotel, and it’s very good in many aspects (location, room, service etc). Recently the breakfast quality dropped slightly, but it’s still worth it Will surely continue booking it for business trips

This hotel is close to the Omiya JR as well as the shopping mall. You may consider this hotel if you’re going to Spa Herbs for onsen because the shuttle bus station is located right in front of the entrance of the hotel. Overall this hotel is a satisfactory one.

It's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! Great view from room as i can see my FuJi! The room was clean, comfortable and large enough. Breakfast were delicious and good variety but a bit expensive even discount tickets… Overall very happy!

Spacious hotel rooms, a bit outdated furniture, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good.

The hotel room was spacious. While the room felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, and the train station was just a 6-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Quite good impression for this place. All clean, new and modern one. Easy to get there from train station. It is a chain hotel, sure that if I visit Japan again, I will look for this chain hotel.

Super hotel always does offer good services and facilities. Highly recommend to all types of travellers. I simply like this brand hotel with excellent onsen facilities.

Very close to Omiya Station, the facilities here are great. The keypad entry system makes both check-in and check-out incredibly smooth. Located right by a vibrant commercial street, you'll have endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Omiya Park is also conveniently just a 10-minute walk away.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and everything was well-maintained. Staff was quick to help with any questions. Very satisfied!

The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.

The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama.
