Although this is a 4.3 recorded rating, at the time of publication (R4.1.3) it was 3.8, so it has been upgraded to 5. If you do not have a strong addiction, this will be a hotel that everyone will like. Although it was also in other people's reviews, it seems that some cleaning products do not do a good job of cleaning the room, so it may not be possible to remove dirt that can be removed by cleaning...

It's good that there is a gym, and the equipment is very good for both muscle training and aerobics. The room is also clean. Breakfasts are also plentiful, and I am pleased with the feeling of handicraft. About 7 minutes walk from the ticket office at the station.

Stayed at hotel with family, breakfast was fine. The train museum which was our goal is one station away. lots of restaurants around. The sirprising thing was pool is too late to open 8:30 and at the reception of spa center we were told pool is not free of charge for hotel guests (!)

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Super convenient to the train station and near many good places to eat. Has plenty of its own places to eat and a nice whisky bar as well. Also an adjacent Lawson's is handy. The rooms are a little more spacious and well appointed than most hotels. Love the bonsai and featured art in the lobby.

Clean and the service is awesome. Receptionists are very helpful.

It is so clean. Breakfast here is normally nice and neat. Only about bad thing is tiny room. But if you come to Omiya, I recommend to stay here.

Royal Pines Hotel Urawa

Everything! Bed was comfortable, hairdryer was great, the staff refilling the fridge with water bottles was a huge plus and the view was great also! The lighting system was very good too, as it could be operated from the comfort of my bed. Shower was also in perfect condition! The staff were very nice to me too and would definitely have contacted me (probably via Booking.com as I forgot to give them...

I use it often because it is close to my home and I can enjoy the high-class feeling. The staff is also smart and wonderful. The clean room is comfortable. The restaurant is open for a short time due to corona and it is a full reservation system. Be careful if you use it.

Reasonable price for dinner in hotel. Staff was nice and gentle. Good service, good food.

It is very conveniently located next to the hotel's underground gastronomic center and nearby shops, stores and cafes. The correspondence in the hotel is also great.

Approachable staff and nice greetings to all

Everything was great , just need to add a small microwave in the room 👍🏻💖

Close to station. Has public bath on 2nd floor. Bed was comfy

The hotel is well-equipped, with a Chinese guidebook, and the surrounding area is quiet. It is very comfortable to stay.

The room keys are all paper codes, so keep them safe! There is a hot spring, although the place is small, but the water quality is good. The breakfast is OK, but it is the spring break, the room rate is expensive and difficult to book! But it feels like a good hotel in Omiya! It's also quite interesting!

The quality of a regular, safe and secure Super Hotel! The location is great and convenient! The only pity about this room is that the bath on the second floor does not have a window to the outside. The changing room after coming out of the bath is relatively humid, and the door curtain is slightly moldy. Breakfast is the same delicious and safe experience of Super Hotel! Came to Saitama to watch Hanyu's ice show, and chose this hotel which is close to Omiya Station, about 7-8 minutes walk. Very satisfied, especially the hygiene, very clean, spare slippers at the door, change shoes when entering. The table is also very large, convenient for placing items. They are very nice. We dropped a towel and after a quick call it took them less than 5 min to deliver a new one. It's very close to the station too

Really enjoyed our stay. The bed was terrific and the room was clean and comfortable

This the the best hotel in omiya the service the amenities the rooms are all good. It has roof top spa

Roughly 5 min walk from Omiya Station. The entrance is on 14th floor and the public bath ( spa ) is on the 13th. We stayed on the 6th floor but there was not much of a view but a school in front of us lol Over all, it was clean and had a nice stay but one thing, there were trash on the floor when we got in and was a bit of a disappointment. Spa is open passed midnight and can kiiinda see the view...

Thanks a lot. My family and I enjoyed staying this luxury hotel. We were very impressed foreigners staffs speak Japanese very fluently. Glad to hear that they speak our language! The overall experience is superb. I was staying here with my gf right before the pandemic outbreak. The environment is quite and staff is friendly. I love the rooftop sauna and the room is reasonably spacious. Will come back in the future.
