Saitama, 1-401-1 Sakuragi-cho, Omiya-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
There's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which was super handy. Since I was staying in Omiya, I also popped over to Kasukabe to see the Crayon Shin-chan exhibits. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Luggage lockers at Omiya station are 800 yen each, or you can leave your bags at the hotel, though that means a bit of a trek back and forth.
This hotel is great in every aspect. It's about a five-minute walk from Omiya Station exit, and all the facilities are well-maintained, especially the large public bath on the top floor. It has both indoor and outdoor pools, so it doesn't feel crowded even when there are many people.
The hotel's location isn't far from Omiya Station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The triple room had two single beds plus a long sofa, which was about 0.8 meters wide. The room itself was pretty good, and the hotel breakfast was decent. However, the hotel's public bath (onsen) is also open to day visitors, so it can get quite crowded. I had to wait to use a hairdryer, and there...
Very nice hotel with a cozy feel! The staff was accommodating and the facilities were clean and modern. Good breakfast spread too. Would definitely return!
Amazing hotel, services, and food.
The hotel is having all amenities needed.
They also provide public laundry machine and ice machines.
Public bath also great, 24hr services.
Breakfast is simple, complete, and delicious.
Deffinetly will back here again.
Good location to Omiya station, breakfast is good and environment is great!

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation.
The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.
I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.
This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value. The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay.
I had booked a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that was definitely a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant (maybe it was originally a smoking room...). I don't think it can be hidden for people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. That was the only disappointing thing.
Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo
This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. The only place to charge anything in the whole room was under the desk, across from the bed...
Saitama, 2-5-1, Naka-cho, Urawa-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great view from room as i can see my FuJi! The room was clean, comfortable and large enough. Breakfast were delicious and good variety but a bit expensive even discount tickets… Overall very happy!
It was a great experience. Spacious and clean. Quiet, and. comfortable. Important thing to me, I slept well. Amenities okay except there was no shower cap.
Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate:
* **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train.
* **To...
Very nice, location and room are great, service also. I really appreciate late checkout time, 12 o'clock I'd amazing for late birds like me.
Spacious hotel rooms, a bit outdated furniture, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good.
The hotel room was spacious. While the room felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, and the train station was just a 6-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.
Saitama, 2-173 Sakuragi-cho (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's very close to the station, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities! You can find almost anything you want to shop for, and it's super lively – you could easily spend a whole day there. There are also many coffee shops. It's fantastic and I love it! Perfect for solo travel. The staff are very friendly.
The room had a strong smoky odor, as if someone had smoked there before, which made it unpleasant to stay in. The door lock inside the room didn’t feel very secure, which added to my unease. Overall, the hotel feels rather old and outdated.
On the positive side, the location is excellent — it’s right next to Ōmiya Station and very close to a large shopping mall, which is very convenient.
If you’re...
It was conveniently located near Omiya Station and easy to go shopping.
I used it for a concert this time.
I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
I stayed here while attending an event at Sonic City. The building is old, but it was well-cleaned so it wasn't a problem.
Nice location. Clean hotel. Attentive staff.
It's close to the station and very convenient. It's right behind the event venue, which is a great situation. It was perfect for our purpose.
Saitama, 1-2-3, Iwatsukihoncho (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was clean and I was so happy it was equipped with ReFa products! I'd definitely stay here again!
The rice balls for breakfast were delicious. Thank you for the meal. I stayed here for an event at Tama Arena. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to change trains twice, but it was less than a minute's walk from Iwatsuki Station to the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to relax at the hotel.
I used this hotel for an event at Saitama Super Arena. It was conveniently located right in front of the station.
The front desk was very accommodating.
Good location, next to JR station with restauran s and convenience stores around.
Toyoko is pretty good, not excellent, but its bottom line is not without bottom line.
Saitama, 3-22-8, Minami-cho (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's good. Affordable and well-located.
Nice hotel, convenient location Toyoko Inn is a Japanese chain of budget business hotels known for providing clean, consistent, and affordable accommodations, typically located near train stations. The name is a portmanteau of Tokyo and Yokohama, where the company was first established.
Key features and services include:
Clean and tidy. Close to Nishikawaguchi subway station. Very convenient. There are many Chinese restaurants around. Communication is almost barrier-free.
I was able to extend my stay until 12 noon, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely use their services again next time I visit.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning...
We stayed in a standard twin room. Smoking is allowed, but we don't smoke, so we chose this smoking room, and the smell of cigarettes was really strong. Smokers can choose this smoking room, after all, there are very few smoking rooms in Japan. In addition, it is not recommended to live here, because there are all kinds of small houses with colors that cost 10,000 yen per hour. The Nishikawaguchi side...
Saitama, 3-2 Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama City (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and everything was well-maintained. Staff was quick to help with any questions. Very satisfied!
The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.
The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are...
Very nice hotel but location is a bit far away from major tourist attractions, usually takes around an hour for transit
A little bit far from train station but acceptable.
Price is cheap compate to hotel quality
Convenient of you want to go to the north with Shinkansen from Omiya Ward. Nice Fitness Studio (1100 per person). Rooms are wonderful and some drinks in the fridge
The facilities were a bit old-fashioned, like a traditional business hotel, and the room layout was a bit awkward to use, but cleanliness was fine.
The services included free drinks and breakfast bento boxes, which was nice.
The bed was very comfortable and I had a great time! It was a little inconvenient that I couldn't reach the outlet when using the kettle, but other than that I was very satisfied!
It's conveniently located near Warabi Station.
The room was clean and well-maintained, which was great. The free drink service and the fact that a packed breakfast is provided make it a good hotel.
Drinks in paper cups and breakfast bento boxes are free, which is a good deal. The room keys are old and don't have an auto-lock, so security is a concern. The bathroom is small and just the right size, but the price is reasonable.
The access to the travel destination was good and it was a perfect base for solo travelers.
The room is not small but very old and not soundproofed at all. If it weren't for my friends who live nearby, I would definitely not consider it.
Kawaguchi, 5-2-5, Hon-cho (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
There was hair from other people in the bathroom, on the bathtub, on the wall, and near the shampoo box. I wonder if the room is cleaned properly.
The room was cleaned once every 4 days and the free breakfast was good. It was quite comprehensive.
It is a little far from the city, 30-40 minutes to Akihabara or Shinjuku.
The hotel is easily recognisable and has a nice setting. However, you still need to be careful when checking in at night. It is generally safe, but you need to cross the road after exiting the JR line. The hotel's internal environment is acceptable, better than Hong Kong Hotel and slightly inferior to China Hotel. It is a great value for a Japanese capsule and cheap hotel, and is highly recommended...
The breakfast was excellent and I was very satisfied! I would like to come here again if I have the opportunity to go to Tokyo.
The hotel was clean and the view from the room was amazing, with a great view of Mt. Fuji.
Breakfast is included and has a wide variety of menu items, and it's delicious.
When I go to Toda Park again, Toyoko Inn is the only choice♪
The room is more spacious and brighter than expected, and there is free breakfast. Except that the road from the subway station to the hotel is a bit quiet (if you are a girl, you should be more careful when walking alone at night), but there is actually no problem. It is very quiet and good.
Saitama, Chuo-ku Honmachinishi 6-4-22 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The parking lot is large for this area, which is a great advantage for those who drive. Aeon Mall is just a few minutes' walk away, so dining options are easy. Aeon Mall also offers free parking, so if you don't drink alcohol, it's easy to get there by car.
The guest room is clean, but doesn't feel new.
The bed wasn't uncomfortable.
The room key is an auto-lock, but not a card key.
The unit bath...
Saitama Super Arena is 1.8 km away, and can be reached in 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. It's an easy walk, but it passes through a residential area, so be careful of cars and bicycles. It's too hot in midsummer, so it's best to use public transportation. The rooms and facilities are typical of a business hotel, and the staff are very friendly. Parking is available. The breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing...
I stayed here to attend a concert at Tama Arena in late July. It's right off the highway, so it's easily accessible by car! Parking is free, too.
The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.
They also have a convenient free shuttle bus from Omiya Station. I stayed in a spacious twin room, and the sink and bath smelled like it was newly renovated, which gave me the impression that the...
Facilities: Standard three-star hotel room,
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, clean regularly
Environment: It is some distance away from Omiya Station and takes about 10 minutes by bus.
Service: Friendly service
A typical business hotel (neither old nor new). It is well cleaned and has a sense of cleanliness. It is good that the parking lot is free. It is about a 30-minute walk to Omiya Station.
Equipped with a large flat parking lot, which is rare in the city center
Even with a high roof, I am very grateful to people who work in the field.
The building itself feels old, but there is no inconvenience because the water area and cloth have been remodeled.
Better if you have a humidified air purifier
I've stayed here several times and the front desk staff are always very helpful.
The breakfast and coffee service is very helpful.
I'd definitely like to stay at this hotel again.
The location was great, close to the station, and although it was a deluxe room, it was quite spacious for someone in the city, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was great. It also included a light breakfast and was reasonably priced, so I was very satisfied with the hotel.
The location was great, and the hotel staff were very friendly! The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom was large, which was nice.
There isn't much service, but it's not a problem if you're looking for a simple stay.
The bread at breakfast was surprisingly generous.
Although it's old, it was well-maintained, and we were provided with wet wipes and hair oil. There was also a hair iron, coffee machine, and air purifier in the room, so I had a comfortable stay and felt the service really took care of my every need.
(And while I thought there were only smoking rooms available, they upgraded me to a larger non-smoking room ^_^)
It's close to the station, the staff...
This hotel is excellent, much better than chain hotels, and offers the best value for money.
Service: Excellent, fantastic!
Environment: Excellent, fantastic!
