The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby and it was convenient. The amenity pack at the hotel front desk was very good. The underground parking has strict height restrictions. I was directed to a nearby parking lot, but it was a little more expensive than the hotel's. Overall I was satisfied.

The staff was so very friendly. We stayed for almost three weeks. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
Place is clean. Abit sterile for me, but its really fully equipt. Has a lift, so convenient too, for people with large winter luaggage. About 7 to 10mins walk to warabi station Recommended. Can fit up to 3-4 people comfortably with the sofa bed
The rooms are very simple but have four twin beds and a mini kitchen. Price is reasonable for area. Check in was a little bit strange as we had paid on internet via credit card when reserving the room, but they made us switch to cash when we checked in. I would use again if I needed to stay in area.

I stayed here on a business trip. Although I was late in checking in, the front desk staff were smooth and helpful. I was very satisfied with the room and service. I would like to stay here again.
It was very clean and the room was spacious.
I happened to be able to reserve a Grand King room at a reasonable price, so I stayed there, and it was great. It was definitely worth the price, and I was very satisfied! If I were to be a little selfish, I wish it was a little closer to the arena, but it was fine.
The front desk lady was very kind and it was a very comfortable 2 nights and 3 days stay! The amenities were plentiful and the room was clean. I would definitely like to stay here again if I go to Saitama.
I stayed here on a trip with my family. I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious, there were plenty of amenities, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. On the other hand, the paid public bath on the premises was attached to a sports gym, so I often felt it was poor compared to the hotel facilities.
