People are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. For a foreigner like me it's very helpful and they have helped everyday possible.

Honestly a really great place to live. They have amazing breakfast services and great staff that keeps everything moving. Lived there for 2.5 months with friends and did not have any complaints.

I came here for the purpose of being ready for the round very early next day. The reason I have chosen this hotel is various affirmative comments of this site and moreover the incredibly inexpensiveness. In reality I am fully satisfied to stay for a just mere night with only 4,500yen. There’s no disappointment such as space, hot water. Rather than such service, I love charming receptionists welcoming me. It might be a problem for any Washlet-addicted guys, but I strongly suggest a portable one be brought, which I used to indispensably require during my stay in the UK.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambience reminds me of an old beach hotel on either the northern west coast, or the east coast in the US, with its faded wooden complex fascade and the numerous well-cared for plants. As for the room,the amenities were few, but it wasn't dirty. The bed was not comfortable, but these things change, and I complained. was surprised that there was no washlet, but the AC worked well. The group room downstairs was very nice. There were several bookcases filled with manga, including classics like Nausicaa and Akira, there was free coffee in the morning and hot water all night. I liked the comfortable atmosphere the best, with an entire wall of glass for morning light, huge house plants, and designer tables and seating. I did not have enough breakfast, but heard it costs 600 yen. There were directions, information, and a map of the area in English, listed in my photos.

Expensive place but very well organized and maintained well

This hotel is really also good. But no so much. Rooms are not so big. But it's good. I liked it. And they have cycle for guests!

Great value. Got free use of a yukata and bicycle too. Has a bath which is uncommon in japan and tea and kettle in the room. Friendly and not bad for english speakers either. Location was about 25 minutes from station by walking. The common area has lots of goodies, ill leave you to find that out yourself.

Very lovely place. Clean and quiet. Very relaxing. Helpful and kind staff accommodated me in every way possible. Breakfast was great. Not far from the express train into Akihabara. I would stay here again. Great hotel, great staff. Best value in the area by far.
