Pretty good stay overall. The room was comfortable and staff was quite helpful. Nice touches like free coffee in the lobby. A reliable choice for the area.

First time to visit 宇都宮, 大和ROYNET酒店 is good, facility is great. Very helpful staff and convenient area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station.  There is supermarket and good restaurants nearby.  The hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Close to the train station less than 10 min walking, two convini just at few meters from the hotel, a bar at first floor, the room bigger that the standard for Japanese hotels, with ac, big tv, water boiler, fridge, free bottle of water, modern decoration

Room size is enough for two, breakfast is good, comfortable stay, definitely will come back soon

Personally, I felt the pillow was hard. I think most people would be able to use a softer pillow if possible. Or rather, I don't think there are people who like hard hotel pillows. Other than that, I thought it was good.

Great experience at the Tobu Grande Hotel! It is ideally located, next to all of the cities main attraction and interesting points. Bus and metro stop is close by, as well as convenience stores

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is classically designed, really beautifully done and whilst elements may be old, it has tonnes of charm and is brilliantly located

The room was more spacious and equiped as I initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise! The Grill Restaurant staff and food were also exceptional

The hotel’s parking costs ¥1000 per night, but if your car’s too tall/it’s all filled out there are plenty of public lots in the area. The rooms however, are old and basic, and use actual keys

Room was clean but bathroom and toilet were not. There are stains on toilet and bath-tub that means they did not clean enough. Anyway, breakfast was so good. Their homemade Tofu was delicious

Very far from the station. The hotel main customers are for banquet. So, the entrance is spacious. The room I staied have two good sofas with enough space and good size bath room with a big bathtub. It was good to stay.

I think it's good that the parking lot is easy to park in. I wasn't sure about the breakfast, so I ended up just staying there without breakfast. I think the amenities are good, as long as they have the necessary items

The front desk lady kindly offered to serve our breakfast as room service since we were traveling with a dog and didn’t want to leave her in the room barking while we went to the breakfast room to eat

I always stay here when I go to Utsunomiya for work. I drive, so I don't have to worry about parking, and best of all, the cleaning is thorough, and the bedding and pajamas are always clean, which is a relief

I've just returned from a long trip abroad, and I'm really grateful for how clean this hotel is and how thoughtful the staff are. I think it's wonderful that Japanese people do their jobs properly!

The bathtub is large, so I always bring disposable bath salts and can relax and relieve my fatigue. I'm grateful that there is coffee at the front desk

The whole process from check-in to check-out was smooth. The fact that there is a large public bath is very appealing. It is very quiet at night, so you can relax. I felt it was good for business

It's neither good nor bad, but one thing that bothered me was that the parking lot you can see in front of the hotel has a maximum charge of 600 yen, while the parking lot at the hotel is 800 yen

Although it is a bit inconvenient, it is really nice to have a hot spring to use! I really like the room type with bunk beds! And it’s arranged in a corner room on the top floor! The public space on the first floor is large and has a washing machine and dryer

I also like the self-service drinking bar in the evening! The parking lots provided by the hotel are nearby and charge ¥800 per day ~ The flat parking lot is very convenient to use

The hotel is very new and comfortable. The hotel is about a 25 min drive from Nikko and has free parking. It's located within a little amusement village with an onsen, a farmers market and a brewery

My lady and I eat breakfast and dinner in the lobby kitchen area. We love that we can use the microwave and toaster to warm up our meals. The free instant miso soup is yummy

The location is very remotes, but the hotel is very clean. Limited parking space near hotel lobby. Plenty of parking at the back but a bit walking is needed
