I had a few challenges during my recent stay at the hotel. Firstly, I requested a late check-out after booking but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated. Additionally, at 11 PM, I experienced a malfunction with the TV in my room, which was quite inconvenient.
I noticed that the hotel restaurant GUSUKU advertised lunch options, but it was unexpectedly closed during my visit. Lastly, I was surprised to find that access to the sauna required an additional fee, especially since most hotels typically include it with swimming pool access.

I encountered the worst staff member at this hotel. They asked for an extra blanket and dragged it across the floor onto the bed. When I pointed it out, they said it was fine.

The environment is very comfortable and secluded. We didn't play golf, so we didn't enjoy the hotel's course. However, we did enjoy the teppanyaki grill, which had excellent ingredients. While it can't compare to Tokyo, it's top-notch in Okinawa. When we went out, we asked the concierge to pick us up at the beach. He was responsive and provided professional service.

The environment is beautiful and suitable for couples to travel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and the service is generally good. The golf course is good and is suitable for checking in as described. It is worth recommending and I will come again next time.

I used it for afternoon tea. Surrounded by the golf course, the perfectly manicured view of the greenery and the blue sea gives a resort feel. There are also seats on the terrace, so in the summer after sunset it felt comfortable. The petit fours are delicious and varied, and the teas are very varied, so you can definitely have a very elegant day. The person in charge was also friendly and polite, and I thought it was the Ritz-Carlton brand.

Friendly Ritz-Carlton hotel in the resort. Even in a casual atmosphere, I feel the unique hospitality of the Ritz-Carlton. In the end, I felt that the hotel was heart, not heavy. After all, it is recommended for those who do not like hotels where children run around.

In the world. wonderful. I want to come again. It was the Ritz-Carlton, the border guard who made me think so. I was happy to welcome you home from the pick-up, although I forgot various things! I am very grateful to the Ritz-Carlton for all the support I received with such a pleasant customer service. As expected, it is first class. This is the only place that makes me think that it is a good place, even if I pay for it! It is a place where you can safely bring your little one, since he does a lot of preparation and is responsible for a lot. It is an ideal place to relax in a hotel. The breakfast is also very delicious. The Japanese cuisine is especially recommended. Next time I would like to stay for about a week.
