The reception staff were very helpful. There was only one washing machine in the women's bath, so we had to wait quite a while for our turn to do our laundry. However, it was helpful to have a washing machine.

I stayed for two nights, but I only received one breakfast voucher at check-in, so I had to ask for one at the front desk. My sister came from Tokyo and stayed for three nights, but she also only received two at check-in, so she had to ask for one. Everything else was good.

The environment is quiet, and although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are well-preserved. The large public bath is great for soaking in, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. The location is in the city center, a bit far from the JR station, but there are city buses. If you take a taxi to Shin-Yatsushiro Station to transfer to the Shinkansen to Kumamoto, the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes...

It was a hotel for resting while traveling. It was just so-so. The power kept going out due to a bad contact in the key slot.

Checked into a twin room on December 18, 2024. The room was really spacious and comfortable! The large public bath is on the first floor. The slippers are open-style, so be careful not to bring your own and have them mistakenly worn! 😝 Free coffee is available! Located near Yatsushiro Castle Ruins – very convenient for getting around! 💕

This hotel give free parking, just show then your parking ticket. The room size is good. I think it is 16m square.

It was conveniently located right next to Shin-Yatsushiro Station. The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was clean. It's a shame there aren't any restaurants nearby... If you're really hungry, you can try the honey butter chicken curry at Nishioka, a honey specialty store inside Shin-Yatsushiro Station, or shop for something at Yatsushiro Yokatoko Bussan. Recommended hotel anywhere in japan.

I would recommend this place to anyone taking the Shinkansen at Shin-Yatsushiro Station. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked that you don't have to eat breakfast at the venue, you can take it to your room in a plastic container.

Isn't this the best price? The staff were all very kind. Breakfast was also satisfying. Oh, one thing to say is that there is only one elevator, so it can get crowded depending on the time of day. I stayed here for a week, and this morning three people were unable to get off and had to be let out. It's a great hotel.

Everything was great, especially the young man at the reception was very helpful. The room was small but had all the amenities.

Room may be on the tiniest side, but everything in it is very comfortable. Fantastic view over the mountaines. What i didn't like is that you have to leave the key at the Front Desk when you go out which means you have to queue every time you come in or go out, it is very inconvenient and I hope they will do smth about it. The hotel itself is pretty average, nothing really stands out. But the location saves it—there are so many good restaurants nearby. Plus, the parking lot is huge, and being right next to the police station makes it easy to find (and feels safe!).

My daughter and I stayed in Yatsushiro City. It's a large hotel that can even host traditional wedding ceremonies. It's close to town, and the parking is free and convenient.
