HOTEL R9 The Yard Yatsushiro in Yatsushiro

It was my first time staying in a container hotel, so I was a bit nervous, but it was much cleaner than an old business hotel, and it was quieter because the rooms weren't next to each other. Breakfast was a trendy frozen one-plate meal, and the coffee was authentic. It was so cheap I almost felt bad. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance.

It was a normal hotel room!
Very beautiful. The parking lot as soon as you leave the room is also highly rated. It was also nice to have one frozen pasta or pilaf. However, it's annoying to go to the lobby one by one to pour tea or coffee. There is only one pouring machine, and it takes a long time, so it's awkward if there are people waiting... It's better to put a few tea bags in each room, like in a typical hotel.

In a sense, it is a detached house, so you can spend time without worrying about the noise next door. The drainage of the washbasin was bad because of lack of ventilation. The door has a solid feel to it, and when it closes, it automatically locks and makes a lot of noise, so I want everyone to be careful.
The smoking area is in a hopelessly depressing place, so I would like to ask for improvement

Because it is a style of one container per person, you can do it slowly. The inside of the container is the same as a normal hotel. Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, bathroom and TV. The room was quite clean and comfortable to stay. For a fee, there is also a coin laundry.

Since I can't drive a car, I walked about 20 minutes from Shin-Yatsushiro station to check in. The information was previously broadcasted on TV at the container hotel, but this is the first time to use it. One night stay with a double bed, massage chair, light coffee service.
The exterior and interior were nice and independent as a container hotel, so it was more comfortable than I imagined. The front desk is also polite.
Vending machine containers and coin laundry containers are also available until 24:00 until the front desk closes.
UCC coffee, tea, and green tea are also available as a free service. Amenities are selected by those who need them and brought back to the room.
There is a TV, refrigerator, and microwave inside, so it is a very good inn where you can protect your privacy.

Yatsushiro is the first hotel chain to open in Kyushu, mainly in the northern Kanto region. (At the moment, it seems that about 4 more stores are planning to enter Kyushu)

It can be said that the style is similar to that of motels in the United States, as it is free to enter and exit, and the guest rooms can be accessed directly from the parking lot.
Check-in/out is an automatic check-in machine that accepts credit cards.
As for amenities, towels and toothbrushes are received at the front desk, and others are self-service.
There are about 4 types of free drink service, but it may be a little troublesome to carry them to the guest room because they are in the front building.
There is a service where you can get cold food, and you can choose pasta or pilaf. (The taste is...)
There is a microwave oven in the room, and the refrigerator is large, so it is quite convenient for shopping at convenience stores.
However, there is a little distance to the convenience store. (Is Seven near Yatsushiro Interchange the closest?)
There is a kettle in the room, but there is no tea cup.
The air conditioning was winter, but we used the air conditioning during the day.
At night, the heating was lightened, but the wind felt a little cold.
There are many chain hotels in Yatsushiro, but this seems to be suitable for driving customers and business travelers with their own cars.
