It's old, but well-maintained.
It's conveniently located near the bus stop from the airport.
There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and the prices are reasonable, so I have no complaints.

I stayed here on a business trip. It's quite far from the station. There's a similar hotel nearby, so be careful not to get confused. It's not new, but it was well-maintained and clean! Even though it was a single room, it wasn't cramped and I was able to stay comfortably.

I traveled from Tokyo on business and stayed here on July 9th and 10th.
It's a little far from Akita Station, but within walking distance.
The front desk was very helpful and the air conditioning in the room was good, so I had a comfortable stay.
The plan included breakfast, and the rice was Akita Komachi, which was delicious.
I'll stay here again if I have the opportunity to come here for work.

I stayed in a double room with my partner. The room felt a little small, but other than that it's a pretty average hotel. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so it's a good option if you're traveling for food. However, please note that it takes about 20 minutes on foot from Akita Station.

Although it is old, the rooms have been renovated, and I think that there is no problem if you just sleep near the bar. The parking lot is small and reservation is required.
The breakfast on this day was a bit disappointing because the number of menus was small, but it is a hotel I would like to stay if there is a drinking party again.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. Certainly the building is old, the guest rooms have water leaks from the bathroom faucet, and there is a lack of bathtub, but they are clean and well-cleaned, and the staff, including the front desk, are very comfortable. I was able to. I still want to use it.
