This hotel is very clean, right next to the station and a good location for travel. The rooms are tiny. Be prepared if you are staying for a few days. There is almost no storage clothes other than your case.

First time staying in Fukushima and i absolutely had a blast. Staying at the hotel was amazing and helped me with my itinerary on places I wanted to go around Fukushima. A must stay if you want to travel around.

Excellent value for money! I booked through Trip. com and it included a wonderful, extensive breakfast. The room was a standard size, but had everything you needed, which is typical for hotels in Japan

carpark at the hotel is limited but there are few outdoor carparks surroundings. not near the city centre; take 10 mins walk to the station but the room is cosy enough no heater in the bathroom, but there’s a window.

For buses to Aizu-Wakamatsu, you can catch them at Fukushima Station or, even closer, at the Prefectural Office, which is only a 5-minute walk away. It's also incredibly convenient for train travel: 1

Face Mask at front desk is excellent. Breakfast is so plenty of food and very delicious. Hotel staff very so nice to customer. If I want to go to Fukushima, I will come back to stay this hotel

Our stay in the triple room was comfortable. Place was clean and convenient with Family Mart right next to the hotel. Slight issue about the WiFi in the room that kept being disconnected.

The staff warmly welcomed me upon check-in and each morning and evening, and the room was clean and large by Japanese standards. The buffet breakfast shouldn't be missed

The service is great and comes with subsidised car parking for 600yen per night. You can also exit and enter multiple times subject to availability when you come back

I was surprised how clean and new it was inside, maybe it was recently renovated? The staff were all excellent. location is great..located very near to JR station.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fukushima Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and hygienic, just like other Toyoko Inns, and offer good value for money

They supply takeaway bentonite boxes. You can take food back to your room. Overall I am okay about my experience but it's not very good

Given each floor more than 25 rooms, people cannot go and up with this elevator. This hotel serves free breakfast. The space allocated for it is so small. There are only about 25 seats. The breakfast time was so busy

I love this hotel due to reception and free shuttle bus. Staff Hotel is nice . Accomodation is excellent. Dinner with kiseki style. Matcha latte at lounge is excellent.

The inn's food and rooms were both excellent. Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and the presentation and flavors were carefully thought out. I was impressed by the seasonal flavors of the food

Once the open-air bath in our room became temperature adjustable, the water quality and atmosphere were both excellent, and we were able to lose track of time

The room was quite spacious and very clean, fully equipped with a desk, refrigerator, and TV. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, was also a good size

The parking lot is large and free, and the customer service was polite and left a good impression, so I used it again after June. There is a large public bath, although it is not very large

When I was laying out my futon and wanted to check which direction I was facing, I noticed that it had "north" clearly written on it, which made me chuckle. There was also a heater provided, so it was very comfortable

The hotel is old but the rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable as it is close to the station. It is conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, so you can go out to eat around the station

The hotel is beautiful, the hot spring pool is comfortable, and the private dinner rooms are secluded and delicious. Highly recommended. The only downside is its somewhat remote location.

8L bottle from the fridge, but if you tell the staff "Junmai Ginjo Sake" or "Namazake" or the brand, they will bring you three cups of 60ml each. We ended with some soba noodles

No matter how drunk you get, you just go back to your room, so unlike all-you-can-drink at a bar, there's no need to worry. You can enjoy Fukushima Prefecture sake

It was all-you-can-drink sake, and there were plenty of snacks to go with it

The Chinese food is authentic, the steaks are tender, and the pizza is always freshly baked. In the morning, omelets and rice balls are freshly made, and there is a wide variety of bread

There are various baths and shampoos to choose from. There are souvenir shops and general goods stores in the building, so it's fun just to look around

Also, for my mother in her 80s, who has weak legs, the availability of beds is also a criterion for choosing an inn or hotel

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking! We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes

Everything is good and the dining environment is good! There is also the sound of insects in the creek. The bathing environment is also good, but it is a pity that there are few outdoor areas

A very historical hot spring hotel with good service and clean environment. The breakfast was very good, fried apples are a must-try. The room was warm and comfortable to sleep on

The hotel felt like old school luxury with great hospitality! Please get the dinner option if you are staying here, it’s quite the experience. There’s also a convenient gift shop within the hotel!
