Amazing location! Clean, loved the public bath,
Price point is reasonable. Satisfied with my stay. Would book again.
First time staying in Fukushima and i absolutely had a blast. Staying at the hotel was amazing and helped me with my itinerary on places I wanted to go around Fukushima. A must stay if you want to travel around.
Fantastic location. Right behind Fukushima Station. Very friendly staff and a great cafe right inside the front door.
Very convenient to train station but requires underground (safe) walking to main side of town from hotel side.
Room was perfect for a solo travelling just passing through. Bed was super comfy and soft which is a change from all the hotel/hostel beds I’ve had in Japan so far.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are hospitable and willing to help guests solve problems.
Good service The loacation is good near station Clean
Really close to the JR station. Good breakfast. We enjoy our stay in here. Thanks.
Hotel located just next to the Fukushima station.
Very nice hotel, I'm very satisfied. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
Clean rooms near Fukushima Shinkansen, with some dinner options and supermarket, drugstore and daiso. Would be good if toilet and bathroom could be separated. Room is spacious though. Beds are not as comfortable. Would recommend if you are coming by JR as location is really near the station

Easy and near center and mall. Good location. Hotel are nice and clean. Very nicecto stay here.
Very helpful staff at the front desk. Easy checkin. Close to nightlife and plenty of bars within walking distance. Will stay again
Enjoyable. Fast internet. Welcome tea. Smooth walk to station or bus across the street from the back door.
The hotel is a bit far from the JR station. The room is spacious and breakfast is good.
Clean and comfortable . A bit old . Near center of town.good staff. Good variety of breakfast
Really nice hotel just 7-10 mins walk from Fukushima station. Although old looking but very spacious. The complimentary tea was really good. Breakfast was OK, the cleaning was good.

The location is great – right by the station, with a convenience store nearby. It's also close to the downtown area.
Turning right from Fukushima Station, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away, making its location incredibly convenient. It's perfect for a one-night stopover before moving on to your next city. With several convenience stores and a wide variety of dining options nearby, it serves as an ideal transit hub, especially for travelers nearing the end of their journey. The room was quite spacious and very...
Conveniently close to the station. Limited paid parking available.
The hotel is conveniently located near the station, which is great for those without their own transport. It doesn't offer any special facilities, and the rooms are quite standard. Breakfast was identical every day, with just two options: a Japanese or Western bento box. As we stayed for multiple consecutive nights, having the same breakfast daily became monotonous, especially since the ingredients...
Despite its excellent location right in front of Fukushima Station, the price is reasonable and offers good value for money. Cleanliness-wise, it's perfectly adequate for a business hotel. Essential amenities like a complimentary coffee maker and a coin laundry are readily available at the front desk. My only slight reservation was that, for a hotel of this caliber, breakfast was a set menu instead...
This was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. If I had one minor criticism, it would be regarding the coin-operated laundry room. The lint filter inside the washing machine was full of debris, and the area around the dryer's opening was quite dirty, which made me feel that it hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that...

The hotel is very old. There is only one plug in the room. The newest is the bathroom. The staff is quite good. The hotel is near the train station. You can go across to find food. There is a shopping mall a bit further. The parking lot is 300 meters away from the hotel. The room can open a big suitcase but you have to rearrange the space. It is quite narrow.
The location of this hotel is very good and it's just opposite to the railway station. Check-in is fast and the staff are nice and polite. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is satisfactory. Still use key to open and lock the door.
Fully Recommended for this hotel、We love it and nice izakaya
Overrated and Disappointing Experience This hotel was disappointing, especially when compared to other hotels offering similar services. Parking Frustrations The parking situation was the first major letdown. I get that the hotel is close to Fukushima Station, but having its designated parking 300 meters away while charging ¥1,000 per night seems unreasonable. What’s even more frustrating is that...
Conveniently located right outside the station. Happened to get a room facing the station as well. Well the rooms are dated, the linen and towels felt clean and fresh. Bathtub felt new too.
Good to stay at near Fukushima Station.

A great hot spring hotel. There are many hot spring areas, where you can experience different bathing spaces.
The view was beautiful, nestled in the valley, and the staff were very friendly. I wonder if the floors for foreign guests and Japanese guests are separate? It was very quiet in the room. They also serve welcome drinks and sweets until 6:30 PM. We were able to relax in the hot springs and private baths. They upgraded us to a room because they had one available, which was really nice. ✨✨ It was a wonderful...
Excellent hotel must stay again
The facilities are well maintained, there is a courtyard and lounge in the hotel, and the hot spring pool has a waterfall.
The hotel is old, the photos we saw on the platform are different from the actual room. The photos on the platform have a bed, but when we got there it was Tata me, which was a bit unpleasant 😑
There were many different types of hot springs, so I was very satisfied. The location was great and I felt elegant. The rooms were clean and relaxing. All the food was delicious.

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking! We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby. The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened...
It was the best birthday trip ever.
Everything is good and the dining environment is good! There is also the sound of insects in the creek. The bathing environment is also good, but it is a pity that there are few outdoor areas. The indoor bathing environment is quite clean. The room layout is Japanese style, the tatami beds are made efficiently, and the space is quite sufficient. Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough to experience...

It is a historical hot spring resort founded in 1841. The Emperor of Japan also stayed here. There is a detailed introduction of this hot spring resort on the first floor, which is very memorable. The large bath is also very comfortable, and the outdoor scenery is relaxing. The food is rich and fresh, and it’s perfect to eat the kaiseki cuisine after soaking in the soup. Highly recommended

The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor and there is a guide at the entrance of the building, but there is no sign on the elevator, so it is difficult to find. The rooms are over 15 square meters, so it is comfortable to stay in. The large public bath is small, but it is open until midnight, so there is no complaint. I was happy to receive the free ramen after eating gyoza in front of the station.
When I flushed the toilet, the water didn't stop, so I would like this to be improved.
It was generally very good, but the water in the large communal bath was not constantly replaced, so by around 8pm there was already a lot of dirt floating on the surface, which was tough. It's better to fill the bathtub in your room.
The only thing I noticed was that there was a lot of dust rising from underneath the room. Breakfast was very good for the price.
A hotel where you always stay when you stay on the island. The affiliated parking lot is far away, or the time is short. The oiler splits and parks in the hourly parking lot on the west side. The maximum price is 1,200 yen for 24 hours. A large communal bath that was created later. Since it is on the middle floor of a commercial facility, the elevators are quite crowded in the morning. You had better...
I can't deny that it's old, but I got a good night's sleep because of the large communal bath. The buffet breakfast was normal.

Nice stay Convenient and okey hotel, small room but everything you need available. Big, nice Japanese breakfast included. Great and convenient location next to Fukushima train station.
I stayed in a non-smoking room, but it was clean and thoroughly cleaned. The staff were also very nice.
Very close to the station. There are convenient store nearby. We enjoyed their breakfast.

Thank you for your hospitality. I was satisfied with the room, food, and service. I thought it would have been even better if the shuttle driver had a smile.
The live kitchen is very good. The Chinese food is authentic, the steaks are tender, and the pizza is always freshly baked. In the morning, omelets and rice balls are freshly made, and there is a wide variety of bread. There are various baths and shampoos to choose from. There are souvenir shops and general goods stores in the building, so it's fun just to look around.
I visit several times a year. I like the delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner, which has a wide variety of meals and allows you to eat what you like. Also, for my mother in her 80s, who has weak legs, the availability of beds is also a criterion for choosing an inn or hotel. I am having a very good time, but the elderly man in a suit at the entrance to the dining hall does not say hello and just...
This was my first time staying at Iizaka Onsen Juraku. I think the first impression is important. Upon arriving at Juraku, the front lobby (Welcome) had a nostalgic, calm atmosphere and was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of menu items, and the owner made rice balls for me in the morning. I would like to stay here again.
There are no recreational facilities around Iizaka Onsen, just a public hot spring. It's just a bath, a meal, and a walk. So it might be good for people who want to enjoy hot springs. This hotel only accepts solo stays on weekdays, so I took a paid day off and headed there. The hotel was relatively large and could accommodate up to 7 people (!), but some of the Japanese-style tatami rooms looked down...
You can bathe in two types of hot springs, with men and women alternated. The front desk is on the 8th floor, so go up the hill from the parking lot. The room has a bed and futon. You can make radium* only in the evening. In the evening, women go to the hot springs near the shop, and men go to the hot springs one floor below after taking off their shoes. It will be replaced the next day. The only hot...

Amazing breakfast Enjoyed thoroughly
I visited Fukushima for a live show. I only stayed there to sleep, but the mattress had a unique way of sinking in. The facilities themselves were old and there was no auto-lock, but I was hardly ever in the room so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet was mainly dishes from the Aizu region, so I enjoyed it. It was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was helpful as it was the closest to the...
It was very good. I would like to stay again.
It's a 6-minute walk from Fukushima Station and conveniently located near the food and drink district. The morning meeting venue is next to the front desk and is a buffet-style establishment with a wide variety of items, including local delicacies. Iizaka Onsen's specialty, radium eggs, are delicious with a hint of salt and I liked the retro feel of the wrapping paper. The large public bath and sauna...
As others have said, the rooms are small and undeniable over the years. There is no dissatisfaction if you just sleep. Breakfast is served from 6am Most other hotels start at 6:30 or 7:00 in the early morning, so it will be helpful for those who are active early. Namie Yakisoba appears in the menu I'm glad I enjoyed the local gourmet. The hotel key is not auto-locking Security concerns The public...
This hotel, though dated and in need of a little bit of a refresh, is very comfortable and well situated near the station (5 mins walk). It has a small onsen with dry sauna as well. Staff as is the standard in Japan, is friendly and helpful. Room prices are very reasonable. Breakfast buffet is outstanding in both Western and Japanese style and included in the price of rooms.

Even though we checked in late, they were happy to help us. They also offer a coffee service exclusively for guests, and even though we checked out at around 6am, they provided us with take-out coffee.
It was close to the station, so we were able to enjoy our New Year's party at our own pace. Next time, I'd like to try breakfast. It's cheap and convenient ^_^
The environment is elegant, clean and sanitary, the facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient and the service is in place.
It's a little far from Fukushima Station, but it was cheap and good.
The hotel is old, but the breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere was also good. It would be easier to find if there was a guide from Fukushima Station.
This place was an OK hotel. If you’re looking for a nice cheap place then I would recommend this hotel. I unfortunately could only book a smokers room and I did not like that but I aired out the room and it was OK.

A little bit of a walk away from Iizaka Onsen station if you don’t have a car (around 20 mins), but worth it! The onsen is amazing and definitely get the sake tasting set at the sake bar.
I tried the Sake Raku plan. It was all-you-can-drink sake, and there were plenty of snacks to go with it. You can bring a 1.8L bottle from the fridge, but if you tell the staff "Junmai Ginjo Sake" or "Namazake" or the brand, they will bring you three cups of 60ml each. I did that for a few rounds. We ended with some soba noodles. No matter how drunk you get, you just go back to your room, so unlike...
