First time staying in Fukushima and i absolutely had a blast. Staying at the hotel was amazing and helped me with my itinerary on places I wanted to go around Fukushima. A must stay if you want to travel around.

Fantastic location. Right behind Fukushima Station. Very friendly staff and a great cafe right inside the front door.

Very convenient to train station but requires underground (safe) walking to main side of town from hotel side.

Room was perfect for a solo travelling just passing through. Bed was super comfy and soft which is a change from all the hotel/hostel beds I’ve had in Japan so far.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are hospitable and willing to help guests solve problems.

Excellent hotel must stay again

The facilities are well maintained, there is a courtyard and lounge in the hotel, and the hot spring pool has a waterfall.

It is a historical hot spring resort founded in 1841. The Emperor of Japan also stayed here. There is a detailed introduction of this hot spring resort on the first floor, which is very memorable. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor and there is a guide at the entrance of the building, but there is no sign on the elevator, so it is difficult to find. The rooms are over 15 square meters, so it is comfortable to stay in. The large public bath is small, but it is open until midnight, so there is no complaint. I was happy to receive the free ramen after eating gyoza in front of the station.

This hotel, though dated and in need of a little bit of a refresh, is very comfortable and well situated near the station (5 mins walk). It has a small onsen with dry sauna as well. Staff as is the standard in Japan, is friendly and helpful. Room prices are very reasonable. Breakfast buffet is outstanding in both Western and Japanese style and included in the price of rooms.

Even though we checked in late, they were happy to help us. They also offer a coffee service exclusively for guests, and even though we checked out at around 6am, they provided us with take-out coffee.
