4 star hotels in Fukushima

There were some steps at the entrance to the room and on the veranda, but with great food, great hot springs, and nice people, it was a very comfortable inn. I couldn't ask for anything more. 👏 I forgot my umbrella, so I'll definitely return.

I stayed here for a short stay, with check-in after 8pm and check-out after 6am, without meals included. The room was spacious enough for a traditional ryokan (Japanese inn). The hot springs were great. The open-air bath in particular felt great with the early winter air and warm water! Next time I'd like to try the highly acclaimed option with dinner included.

With some many nice onsen towns in Fukushima, Bandai-Atami may not be the first choice to inbound tourists. But I do highly recommend this place for it offers excellent value to those who appreciate high quality onsen water. Since the place is less famous, prices of room and meal packages are really good.
