Everything was so great, the service, food and room. The only drawdown is the public bath, too small and not that extravaganza compare to all other aspects of the hotel.

Hotel Isomura was a warm and welcoming place to stay! The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Japanese-style inn rooms. The women's bath was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Kesennuma and this hotel!

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel.
The baths and rooms were well-cleaned, so I felt safe staying there.
It was within walking distance of tourist and gourmet spots such as the Shark Museum and the inner bay, and there was a convenience store next to the hotel, so it was very convenient.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kesennuma again ^_^

The facility is clean and relaxing. There are tourist attractions, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, which is convenient.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was a compact, Japanese-style hotel and very comfortable. I didn't notice any particular drawbacks.
The breakfast was even better quality than I had heard. The salted fish in particular was excellent! The staff kindly explained to me the manufacturer and where to buy it.
I later found out that it was of such high quality that it's not found in ordinary restaurants. My son doesn't usually eat salted fish, but it was something completely different! He devoured it heartily. Mr. Isomura, you're amazing.

It was a very clean and comfortable accommodation.
The breakfast is very delicious and satisfying as expected.
The bathroom was also clean and relaxing.
I would like to stay here again when I go to Kesennuma.

Beautiful new ryokan style hotel in the heart of recovering Kesennuma Port. Nice public bath, beautiful rooms and decor. And a fantastic Japanese breakfast too...

Breakfast was a huge generous spread, I wish I was awake enough to enjoy it . Latest slot is 830 for breakfast.
Big room and very clean. Mini stop beside, very convenient .
Hotel staff spoke a little English and gave recommendations for where to go too . Felt very welcomed here .

Very good. Traditional japanese hotel. Cleen and useful room. friendly stuff. Grate japanese style breakfast like dinner.
