The calm atmosphere was comfortable, and the way of getting around was easy to follow, giving the impression of a relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, and everything from the lobby to the seating area seemed well-maintained. The staff were gentle and helpful, making it easy to find your way around, and even first-time guests felt at ease. There are also restaurants and spaces for gatherings, making it a convenient place to stop for a meal between shopping or sightseeing, as well as for anniversaries and business dinners. The overall atmosphere leans towards elegance, making it the kind of hotel you'd want to choose on a day when you want to relax.

I visited for a company training session. It was about a 15-minute charter bus ride from Morioka Station. There was no overnight stay, but the food menu was sufficient for lunch at the social gathering after the training session.

We will be having our wedding at the Grand Hotel in December. The staff in charge were very attentive and helped us plan our preparations accordingly. We are really looking forward to the big day!

First of all, I felt that the front desk was polite and I came to a good hotel. Dinner and breakfast were great. The customer base is calm.

The French dinner was very good. Wine was also recommended, and although I was alone, I was happy. The room and the view from the room were good. This is the hotel I want to go to again.

The wedding venue was very nice.

In terms of facilities, it is a pity that there are no vending machines on each floor.
I wish I had a vending machine because it's on the mountain so I can't walk to the convenience store and there aren't many drinks available at the front desk at night.

There was an elevator that didn't stop on the target floor, and in front of it we were having a conversation with a certain voice, "Is it the ○ floor (target floor)?" After getting on the elevator, I noticed that I couldn't stop at the target floor and got off immediately.
Even after getting off, the staff did not guide me to another elevator.
Although I could hear it, it was too unfriendly, so I feel like ★ -3, but since the other staff members were very helpful, I set it to ★ -1 with Puramai.
