Room view and the onsen is really stunning.
Very tasty of food.
Good service, left some belongings there and the hotel helped to send to my next stop.

The kaiseki meals u still dream of! It was amazing. The place was impeccably clean, and everyone that worked there were incredibly sweet! Worth every penny to eat such beautiful food and relax with my love.

We didn't encounter any other guests and were able to relax in peace and quiet.
The room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very tidy.
The stone tray where the bathroom amenities were placed was great as it allowed everyone to keep their belongings organized.
The breakfast was delicious, but I wish it was a little more substantial.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Semi-self-service travel experience
The hot spring pool and poolside scenery of Villa Jiajing are very good. There are indoor and outdoor pools, which are very suitable for families or friends.
What I think is not good is that the service staff is thrifty and the language communication is difficult.
The foreign lady who picked up the car on the day also served as a driver, check-in assistance, and the next day's pick-up arrangement. Finally, she hoped that we would write an email to confirm. The next day, the breakfast delivery auntie not only delivered the food, but also had to gesture to confirm the pick-up arrangement (although she had sent an email again)... It feels that the hotel does not have a more formal service center, and it feels that the manpower is streamlined to an exaggerated level.

This private villa-style hotel was exceptionally comfortable, and the hot spring was absolutely divine. The only minor inconveniences were the self-service meals due to infection control measures, which required a bit of effort, and the rather early last call for food and drinks. However, these were overshadowed by the overall wonderful experience!

Idyllic retreat for a special night of relaxation and calm in the middle of our busy trip. After many days of walking and train hopping, this luxurious place felt so calm. The staff were so kind and generously worked with our very limited Japanese. Amazing food, stunning views.

Wonderful ryokan. The inns are beautifully decorated, the food is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and nice and the private indoor and outdoor baths are so warm and relaxing. We stayed there for 3 nights and really didn't want to leave. Everything in the rooms is of the highest quality. When I visit Tohoku I will definitely stay again.
You order the food from your room on an iPad and then it served to you in your room. The breakfast (included) is particularly delicious and was different each morning.
The views from the room are beautiful over looking the lake and with a perfect view of Mt Iwate. Relaxing in the outdoor private onsen overlooking the beautiful lake with the sound of falling rain was the highlight of my trip.

We loved staying at Bessou Kakei. The owners were extremely attentive and accommodating. The cabins are spacious and beautiful with a private onseng which felt wonderfully relaxing at the end of the day. The meals were being served in the room after discussing our food preferences. Overall a wonderful experience
