Cozy rooms, location at river side and good for walking in the morning or evening. Location is a little far from city center but sometimes silent place where you want to relax. Recommend this hotel for its affordable price.

We've been here. The service is good. The food is definitely an acquired taste. I honestly didn't like any of the salads, but the main course was delicious. I absolutely loved the entertainment, it was fantastic!!!

A wonderful hotel for one night, ready to head to Astana the next morning.
I can also recommend it for those traveling from Russia to Kostanay to get a Kazakhstan bank card.

I hadn't showered in days, and today I was fortunate to stumble upon this luxurious boutique hotel by the lake. The hotel is just a few dozen meters from the water, allowing for a stroll and breathtaking views.
Opening the window, the lake's shimmering beauty was breathtaking.
The room was large, exquisite, and spotless. The bed was pristine white, spotless, not a single spot or hair.
The bathroom was large and spacious, and the shower was also large, with a pleasant, rinsing water.
The hotel restaurant is enormous, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the breakfast is also plentiful.
The parking lot is spacious and has plenty of parking spaces, and charging is also permitted.

Checking in at my first hotel and restaurant in Kostanay. It's right next to the river and a recreational park, the air is fresh, and parking is free. This hotel is predominantly beige, elegant and clean. The lobby is spacious, and the restaurant is right next door; the overall design matches the hotel perfectly, a very tasteful place.
The rooms are larger than other hotels, with blue carpets that perfectly complement the beige tones, creating a sophisticated and elegant feel. The toilets are clean, the flush is strong, and there's a hairdryer. There are two different bottles of drinking water: one of boiled water and one of soda water. Items in the refrigerator are chargeable. The room is long and narrow, and very comfortable.
The restaurant offers room service, and the service is quick. The restaurant is luxurious and elegant, often booked for events, making it very lively.
