Hotels in Kostanay

One of the best hotels in Kostanay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and equipped with everything you need: an electric kettle, green and black tea bags, instant coffee, and a 2-liter bottle of water. There are also slippers, a clothes brush, and a shoehorn. The TV has working satellite channels, mostly Russian. The room itself is large and has two windows. There is an air conditioner, although the...

Excellent hotel in a prime central location. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is satisfying. We would be happy to stay here again. The only downside - the shower gel and shampoo were of noticeably low quality.

Nice hotel. Very clean and large room with strong Wi-Fi all over the areas. More then good restaurant and good service from the staff. Private room are available for meeting and dinners. Probably the best choice in town.

A basic hotel in this small town. The room is big/clean and service is prompt. Down side is not many English speaking staff at restaurant.

Nice rooms, clean and eco friendly. You can leave a note telling that you don't need your bedsheets changed and washed to save water and energy. Breakfasts are nice, porridge, bread, fruits and vegetables are provided, although they lack a real coffee. Instant coffee is a cheap version for such a good hotel.

Average hotel but nice location and close to the walking street where you can find different varietes of cafes!

It's a good hotel; I stayed there for about a month. The most important thing for me was the location—it's almost in the city center, and the price was reasonable. When I first checked in, there were almost no rooms available, so I had to stay in a suite, but after a couple of days, I upgraded to a more affordable room. I'm generally happy with both.

It was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer. It was great that I could walk to the mall in the city center. The hotel staff were all kind and even reinforced my bag with tape when it got torn and helped me carry my luggage. There was also a park nearby.

Good placement. Old building needs renovation. No wifi.

Good budget hotel, close to the city center. Cheap prices.

Our Germans loved it. They say at home comfortable.

Cozy rooms, location at river side and good for walking in the morning or evening. Location is a little far from city center but sometimes silent place where you want to relax. Recommend this hotel for its affordable price.

We've been here. The service is good. The food is definitely an acquired taste. I honestly didn't like any of the salads, but the main course was delicious. I absolutely loved the entertainment, it was fantastic!!!

A wonderful hotel for one night, ready to head to Astana the next morning. I can also recommend it for those traveling from Russia to Kostanay to get a Kazakhstan bank card. Cleanliness, friendly staff.

I hadn't showered in days, and today I was fortunate to stumble upon this luxurious boutique hotel by the lake. The hotel is just a few dozen meters from the water, allowing for a stroll and breathtaking views. Opening the window, the lake's shimmering beauty was breathtaking. The room was large, exquisite, and spotless. The bed was pristine white, spotless, not a single spot or hair. The bathroom...

Checking in at my first hotel and restaurant in Kostanay. It's right next to the river and a recreational park, the air is fresh, and parking is free. This hotel is predominantly beige, elegant and clean. The lobby is spacious, and the restaurant is right next door; the overall design matches the hotel perfectly, a very tasteful place. The rooms are larger than other hotels, with blue carpets that...

Cozy, clean hotel with good service and tasty breakfast

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a.m. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes. Didnt try anything else.

Very nice hotel. Cheap - 7000 tenge/double room/24 h Spotlessly clean - towels and bath robes are sealed Great wifi Room service at any hour and with good food for only 10% service Great english speaking staff Just very good value for money

A very nice hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, the service was top-notch, the food was delicious and nutritious, and I especially loved the hammam, steam room, and heated pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place. The rooms could use a refresh. There aren't enough outlets near the bed; the one available is occupied by the air conditioner. It's either a phone charger in the heat or the air conditioner without a charger. Breakfast was good.

A clean, cozy hotel in a quiet location with friendly staff. There's a boiler with hot and cold water and an iron in the hallway. Breakfasts may not be very varied, but they're delicious, especially the pancakes and baursaks! It's convenient that the 24-hour period begins with check-in, rather than 12:00 PM like in many hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable.

Hello! I had experience with this hotel, staff very polite, clear nice rooms, plus privet parking😉 also sauna perfect and located close to everywhere!👍🏻

The room was very spacious and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to get around.

Clean and cozy place. Have been for three days there and it was very chill. I can say that it was a good experience. Fresh and tasty breakfasts. Silent neighbors. Comfortable and clean bed. That's all we need.

I wasn't at De Marco, but at Prosushi. It's a cozy place to relax in a beautiful setting, eat sushi, and drink herbal tea. The sushi is some of the best in the city. The polite waiters will help you choose and always make sure your table is clean. I recommend it. As for De Marco, I can say that my friends went there too, and they liked it too. I haven't been myself, so I can't say anything about it

It's not a bad establishment with potential. Why am I saying potential? If the management reads it, they'll see for themselves that they're getting fewer people. Although the location is good, the interior is also fine. The only thing they need to do is freshen it up a bit, get a handle on the organization, and it'll be a great establishment!

Interesting club. Good music. Dance floor, though, is small. Large karaoke room. Excellent insulation - you can't hear anything from outside. They feed you decently. The hookah is good. It costs 4 thousand. There is a big discount on the second and next hookahs - they cost 2,500 tenge. Hookah man Erdaulet is great. They work, in my opinion, until 5 am. People come. The club is mostly full after 9 pm

It's a quiet place, no one bothered me, and I couldn't hear my neighbors. Overall, everything was fine.

Good afternoon, I'm staying at the hotel. It's cozy, very nice, comfortable, the service is excellent in everything, the administration is polite, the girls are great, the food is excellent, the bar is good, the hotel is always clean and tidy, lives up to its name.

We had a great holiday with my family and we really enjoyed everything. The food was amazing, the pastries were fresh, the buns were delicious, everything was fresh and hot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

I liked everything, it was quiet and calm. I think I'll stop by again.

Pros and cons. Cons: Not worth going with family. The hallway outside is full of prostitutes from 10 p.m. Pros: Good mattresses. Nice rooms. I'm talking about a double room with separate beds. Breakfast is included.

Stayed at semi-lux room - little old with poor noice isolation. Smoke from "kalyan" (shisha) all over the 3rd floor and room, where I stayed. Power plugs in room located either away from table or under the bed - inconvenient to charge gadgets. Restaurant food was delicious where I had dinner several times. Breakfast was decently arranged WiFi signal goes off occasionally but still workable

Excellent food, very tasty. The atmosphere is just a buzz, especially on the flyer.

Friendly staff, fresh rooms, good food, awesome SPA and Thai massage. Will stay here again!

very good, impressed with cleanliness and service

Lived for more than two weeks it was all very good

Really enjoyed the stay , clean , comfortable , good service ..!

Cozy. Relaxing music. Friendly waiters. Flavorful shashlik. Juicy fresh vegetables. Tender pancakes. Unforgettable lemon and sea buckthorn tea. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it—it's full of flavor and vitamins. I really enjoyed it.

A wonderful place to celebrate your anniversary! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious! The hall is spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. Our guests left delighted with full bellies! 😁!! A special THANKS to our waiter, Arystanbay! He made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the entire celebration, constantly answering any questions they might have and helping resolve them! Great...

The interior is quite excellent, clean. The keys are regular, not cards (not very convenient). It is not hot in the room in winter, but it is comfortable to sleep. It is convenient that breakfast is brought to the room. Overall, it is a 4.

We spent two days at the Gloria Hotel. It's a great hotel. Clean, quiet, peaceful. Snow-white bed linen and towels, comfortable beds, soft sofas in the corridors, tea and coffee, water, air conditioning, hot water - what else does a tired traveler need? The warm attitude of the staff, the excellent cuisine - Gloria has it all. We really liked the breakfasts, and in the evening we sat in the restaurant...

The hotel is good, the rooms are renovated, fresh bed linen, there is air conditioning and a refrigerator, but there is a big BUT, the walls are made of newspaper, the feeling of open space: you hear not only how your neighbor snores, but also how he takes slippers out of the bag, collects things and washes his hands after using the toilet. There is a traffic light on the street next to the hotel,...

The hotel is nice, warm, and worth the price. The breakfasts are monotonous, but I think that's because of the price. The porridge is delicious, though. The large Kostanay Plaza is nearby, which is a big plus.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, administrator 👍, delicious breakfasts, quiet, cozy ❤️

We were there for the 3rd time. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious. Slippers, clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap accessories are in the rooms. Of course, there are some downsides, but not significant ones. In some room, the water in the shower does not drain, the dinner selection is small, soundproofing. The view from the room - there is none. Otherwise, I like everything. We...

Luxurious interior, good breakfast. The room has air conditioning. Of the minuses: there was no chair in the room, the cheapest toilet paper and the shower holder in the bathroom did not fix. The girl at the reception was not very interested in the service, but everything was within the boundaries of politeness. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement. The Georgian food was delicious as was the German fare. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great selection on the menu in the downstairs restaurant / bar

The best beer in town is brewed here

Good beer, tasty burgers, polite waiters. Liked the interior design as well.

Large selection of swimming pools, very polite administration

The water park is excellent. I don't go often, but I always love it. The saunas are good, the pools are crystal clear, there's a children's pool, a jacuzzi, and the atmosphere is great, it's quiet, the service is excellent and friendly, and the cafe is delicious and well-kept. Overall, if you want to relax, take a steam bath, take a dip in the pool, have a delicious meal, and drink tea, I recommend...

For a water park enthusiast, it's not bad. It's been a while since I've been there with my family; it was the summer of my junior year.

I give it a solid four stars. The price is reasonable for the rooms and other services. We come here, book a room, and relax in the pool, as well as various baths and saunas, but for an additional fee. Free parking for visitors, very convenient. The hotel is on the fourth floor. The pools and saunas are on the third. I don't remember if they're on the second floor, but there's a cafe on the first floor...

Great staff. Very clean and quiet environment.

The food is excellent. The manager is superb. The food is delicious. Thanks to everyone.

The food is good, the waiters are young but efficient. Well done. Why not 5 stars? The facade is inconspicuous and enters through the kitchen. Overall, not bad.

Nice clean cafe on the edge of central park, however staff are a little dour. Good food and not expensive. Get your staff to smile even a little .
