It was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer. It was great that I could walk to the mall in the city center. The hotel staff were all kind and even reinforced my bag with tape when it got torn and helped me carry my luggage. There was also a park nearby.

Our Germans loved it. They say at home comfortable.

Cozy rooms, location at river side and good for walking in the morning or evening. Location is a little far from city center but sometimes silent place where you want to relax. Recommend this hotel for its affordable price.

A very nice hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, the service was top-notch, the food was delicious and nutritious, and I especially loved the hammam, steam room, and heated pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place. The rooms could use a refresh. There aren't enough outlets near the bed; the one available is occupied by the air conditioner. It's either a phone charger in the heat or the air conditioner without a charger. Breakfast was good.

A clean, cozy hotel in a quiet location with friendly staff. There's a boiler with hot and cold water and an iron in the hallway. Breakfasts may not be very varied, but they're delicious, especially the pancakes and baursaks! It's convenient that the 24-hour period begins with check-in, rather than 12:00 PM like in many hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable.

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a.m. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes. Didnt try anything else.

The room was very spacious and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to get around.

We had a great holiday with my family and we really enjoyed everything. The food was amazing, the pastries were fresh, the buns were delicious, everything was fresh and hot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement. The Georgian food was delicious as was the German fare. Highly recommended.

The interior is quite excellent, clean. The keys are regular, not cards (not very convenient). It is not hot in the room in winter, but it is comfortable to sleep. It is convenient that breakfast is brought to the room. Overall, it is a 4.

Stayed at semi-lux room - little old with poor noice isolation. Smoke from "kalyan" (shisha) all over the 3rd floor and room, where I stayed. Power plugs in room located either away from table or under the bed - inconvenient to charge gadgets. Restaurant food was delicious where I had dinner several times. Breakfast was decently arranged WiFi signal goes off occasionally but still workable
