Medeu Hotel in Kostanay

One of the best hotels in Kostanay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and equipped with everything you need: an electric kettle, green and black tea bags, instant coffee, and a 2-liter bottle of water. There are also slippers, a clothes brush, and a shoehorn. The TV has working satellite channels, mostly Russian. The room itself is large and has two windows. There is an air conditioner, although the remote control for it was nowhere to be found. The bed linen and towels are new.

The bathroom has a shower cabin with good water pressure, as well as liquid soap and shampoo. A hairdryer, disposable toothbrush, and bar soap are provided.

The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor near the entrance. Breakfast is quite good and included in the room rate. There is a coffee machine, a hot water boiler with tea bags, as well as compote and berry fruit drink. As for dinner, the food quality leaves much to be desired — it’s better to have lunch and dinner elsewhere. A solid “2 out of 5.”

Between the first and second floors there is a smoking room, but its doors are constantly left open, causing the smoke to spread throughout the floors.

The downside of the room is that it feels a bit uncomfortable; the layout and furniture could be better. There is no dresser for clothes, and only three hangers are provided.

Excellent hotel in a prime central location. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is satisfying. We would be happy to stay here again. The only downside - the shower gel and shampoo were of noticeably low quality.

Standard hotel with good kitchen. Noise isolation is bad. Newlyweds do not recommend to spend here a romantic night.

The food honestly was not that good. But the waiter service and the restaurant atmosphere is very good.

Clean and comfortable. There are lots of positive aspects. The disadvantages include: some of the rooms are separated simply by gipsokartonom and audibility 90%, while Breakfast ends utensils, food and need to talk about this to the staff.

Everything's good, but bathroom accessories are left to do the best. Why skimp on the soap, just take a container with liquid soap and shampoo and refill.
Tomorrow in General is good. Oatmeal with raisins and nuts hard to mess up.

Certainly, Medeo - the best hotel in Kostanay. Wonderful service, comfortable bed, excellent Breakfast. Not how much inferior to the quality of services provided of well-known network hotels. The rooms are huge.

Clean and comfortable. 4 stars certainly does not pull, but it is gorgeous. Expensive cafe. The absolute lack of sound insulation.
