I guess the hotel is new, it looks good on the outside, decent rooms. Clean and fresh. Staff is nice, and the food in the restaurant is good.

A wonderful place, excellent cuisine, romantic atmosphere, and the summer gazebos are simply amazing. It feels like you're not in the city, but somewhere in the forest. Fresh air, fountains, and chirping birds – absolutely bliss! Wonderful music, a great selection of top hits for every taste. Thank you! I wish you prosperity and many more satisfied customers. By the way, the service staff is top-notch, which is a rarity these days.

The service was terrible. The kebab was bone-in, the vegetable platter consisted of one tomato and half a cucumber, and the herbs weren't fresh. Serving time between courses was 30-40 minutes—coffee, fries, veggie platter, and kebab. We spent two hours waiting. We went during the day, and there were no other customers. I wouldn't recommend it.

An excellent restaurant with a summer terrace, booths with different styles, and a banquet hall. The food is excellent, with delicious Caucasian dishes. Everything is top-notch.

Nice looking hotel with beautiful features in marble but breakfast is served at the bar not very comfortable. Water taps are capricious and the shower changes temperature all the time. Free WiFi although not very strong sometimes we couldn't connect. The hotel has a spa in the back but weren't tried it yet. The restaurant located behind the garden is lovely, nice food, great service and one lady spoke English. The location is only practical for the train station but if you want access to the only attractions of the city ; the river, then is far and you need taxis.
