Sever in Pavlodar

We were passing through. There were three of us, so we were looking for a triple room. We booked a deluxe room for two with breakfast, with a double bed and a sofa, since we were told that it was also suitable for three. The first impression of the room was positive - spacious, pleasant interior, clean toilet and bed linen, and even a desk. But a little later we noticed dust, a lot of dust. It was in the closet, and in some corners, and behind the desk (it was far enough from the wall, so we noticed). Also, for some reason, there were only two sets of toothbrushes, although they put three pieces of soap and shampoo. There was only one pair of slippers. How it turned out that for a double deluxe room there was only one pair of slippers is not clear at all. There was no normal hot water in the room, and for it to appear, the water needed to flow for some time. Breakfast was very disappointing. We were told that breakfast was a buffet. Of course, we didn't expect a huge variety of dishes from such a price, but here they even managed to cook milk porridge unpalatably. There was also no coffee machine, instead there was just a small plate with the cheapest instant coffee. Unfortunately, these are not all the minuses, as we noticed a flycatcher in the room... At least it was small, but still very unpleasant.
In general, I didn't like this hotel and I wouldn't stay there a second time, even if I was passing through.

Corporate event 12/29/23... Interior - good. Service - so-so. Food - not up to restaurant standard.
