Location is quite good, accessible easily to many places (river, beach, restaurants, etc.). Prices are reasonable. Personnel is polite and professional. Rooms are clean. I would recommend the hotel management; 1. To have better internet connection 2. To start breakfast earlier than 7 am Thanks.

Best hotel in Pavlador. The receptionist tried to put me in a smaller room but I was having none of it, and got a nice big corner room. Please note that their double rooms (495sqft) are 50% larger than their deluxe double rooms (336sqft). Go figure.

I spent one night in this hotel. Reasonable prices, great staff, nice bar. I understand there is also spa but haven’t had time to check it out. Although there was a bit of a strange smell coming from the toilet, I compensated it with great view from the 8th floor.

Ertish has a multilingual staff, so English speakers will feel comfortable here. The decoration is elegant, the massage services are great, and the continental breakfast is nice. However, the water in my rooms was cold until I ran it for about 10 minutes. Despite that, I'd still recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Good food. Swimming pool and other tried facilities ok. Our problem was that on Friday night on our floor was some kind of party. We had to leave early in the morning. Though the noise that woke us several times was not welcomed.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a hairdryer, toiletries, tea, coffee, and water, and there's a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and kettle. The downside is that there's a kitchen, but there aren't any stovetop utensils or a microwave. I can recommend, I decided to check in after the Irtysh, it's like night and day. The rooms are spacious, 35 square meters + there is a kitchen, stove, full refrigerator, living room and bathroom. Expensive. You have to walk up to the hotel, 3 or 4 floors, no elevator. The rooms are from the "gold" series, expensive and rich. They didn't let you choose breakfast, because the kitchen had already left the night before, so you had to eat what the cooks decided. Thanks for the coffee.

Very conveniently located for transportation, just 3 minutes from all public transportation stops. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. The staff are friendly and happy to see guests and will help if needed. But it's really hard to stay in a windowless room, just to sleep overnight. The biggest drawback is the torn, rolled-up bed linens and the beds with slats under the mattresses. Sleeping is very uncomfortable unless you spread two mattresses.

We stayed for three days. We were visiting for work. The hotel is perfectly located. It's a three-minute taxi ride from the train station. A 10-minute walk.
