Overall, my stay at Sayahat (Sajakhat) was average. The location is fairly convenient, with shops nearby and it is possible to reach different places without much difficulty.
However, the furniture in the room is quite old and shows signs of wear. It would be better if the rooms were updated and the furniture replaced or renovated.
There were also some difficulties for guests traveling on business when it comes to receiving the necessary documents for reporting purposes.
In general, the hotel could improve the overall experience by updating the furniture and organizing the document process more efficiently for business travelers.

Rooms with old furniture, torn wallpaper. There is not even a normal shower stall, a sad curtain. Tomorrow is generally terrible. Oversweetened porridge and incomprehensible sausage.

The rooms are terrible. Everything is old, falling apart, there is almost no water pressure. 5 minutes it is necessary to drain until the hot goes. They probably don’t know about cleaning and changing the bed and towels here - you have to kick it for a long time until they do it. There is a refrigerator, but it is turned off and stands at the entrance. You have to drag it yourself to another room to turn it on. Of the pluses - there is a kettle with a couple of glasses and air conditioning. Well, location.
Breakfast is so-so too. Few. Weird. For some reason, you have to ask for a plate every time, and then wait until they take it out - they are probably unbearably heavy, since they take out 1 piece and clearly into their hands. There is no toaster. Diversity too.

Firstly, very expensive rooms that do not match the declared prices, especially the second and third floors. Tell me, why is there a glass shower with a high tray in the room, when this cubicle does not close well, the doors are skewed, there is mold in the corners? It's still cold in the room, there's breakfast, but he's a student and it's twilight there... Well, the elevator is good...!
