A good hotel. Overall, it's a typical three-star hotel, but the staff is great and goes the extra mile. The room comes with toothbrush and shower gel packets. Breakfast is served in your room (porridge, scrambled eggs, and bread and butter). Overall, it's suitable for a one-night stay on a short trip or transit.

I'm checking into this hotel again, and everything is fine.
I'd like to ask the hotel management to please consider paying for half a night when checking in after 11:00 PM.

Guys, I don't recommend this for casual travelers. It's a sauna with all the amenities of a sauna, with girls constantly arriving by taxi and disappearing until 3-4 a.m. There's music, dampness, mold, and cockroaches in the rooms. The first floor is the kitchen, the second floor is the sauna, and the third floor is the rooms. Ugh. But there's parking and a supermarket across the street. Mir cards aren't accepted anywhere, or rather, they are accepted, but they don't work. And for anyone who wants to open an account: don't bother. Since April 1st, they've only been opening accounts for students, or you need an employment contract with a Kazakh employer.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:
Very warm, cozy, clean, comfortable bed.
Delicious breakfasts - scrambled eggs with ham, bread, butter, cheese, coffee.
Hot water.
Excellent cooking. We ordered dinner from the menu. Beshbarmak is delicious, beef stroganoff is also delicious, but a bit fatty, sea buckthorn tea is excellent. Salads are also delicious. Everything is homemade.
There is a large parking lot, but I think that when entering, low-slung cars may not be able to get through.
Cons:
Towels have a slight smell of dampness, apparently you need to add fabric softener and dry them well.
It is very dark in the room and the windows are covered with thick dark curtains and tulle.
Few sockets, you need to take a tee with you.
Shower gel and shampoo in disposable bags, very little, it would be better to pour it into a dispenser and hang it in the shower, as they did with soap.
Prices, as everywhere in Kazakhstan for housing, are high. The room cost 13,500 tenge with breakfast.
Overall, I definitely recommend it!👍

The hotel is amazing, the room is warm, and breakfast is included. The prices are reasonable. We ordered shorpa for dinner; the portions are large and it tastes just like home! The shower is clean, the towels and bed linen are snow-white and smell fresh. Overall, I'm thrilled!!! I recommend it to everyone.
