Hotel Ayhan in Aqtobe

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is included in a double room for 15k. There were also towels, bathrobes and disposable slippers. The room is clean. The only negative in the room was that it was cool, because we stayed for a day and didn’t bother too much with it, but the administrator said everything could be solved.

Nice hotel with good service. Stayed for five days in September 2022. I'm from Russia. Suite. The prices are affordable. Full wall window. The sofa is a little shabby and there are some electrical shortcomings. But these are all minor things. In general, the entire hotel area is clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. Everything you need - towels, toiletries - is available. The team is very nice, friendly and responsive. Upon arrival I had a fever. The girl from the reception fed me pills. Many thanks to her! Parking in the hotel yard. There are many places. The hotel has a car wash, which is very convenient. Opposite the hotel there is a large mall, in which there are brands that left Russia since the beginning of the war. Before this hotel, I wanted to stay in another one, where mostly Russians stay, but I was horrified by the view in the lobby - a mixture of a hostel and a bus station during the Soviet era. I recommend the Aykhan Hotel for a comfortable, cozy stay.
