We have been traveling by car for several years (we traveled a lot throughout the CIS), passing through Aktobe to Almaty. We decided to stay at this hotel. We found it through Google maps, convenient location (metro 100 from the road). Quiet, cozy hotel, clean and spacious rooms. friendly staff. Closed parking lot under video surveillance. I recommend it to everyone.
Good hotel in terms of price. The rooms are clean, comfortable and almost always available. There is a kitchen, cooking is not a fountain, but it will do. The location is far from the center, but this has its advantages, such as clean air and silence. By the way, the hotel has a hippodrome where you can ride horses. Great place.

Quite a decent establishment. Good, full-fledged cuisine, especially meat dishes. Efficient staff. It is possible to have dinner in a separate room, without extraneous noise, with your favorite program on TV in the background. Almost like home.

Place is ok, location is good, in center
Had a 2 roomed, twin room. Large area. Food poor but the owner spoke good English and was incredibly helpful finding a shop to mend my computer in her own car.
A small hotel with large rooms. Located near the center, opposite the blood center. The rooms are cozy, clean and bright. Internet connection is good. But the towels are not changed, they are not cleaned during the day, the hot water in the shower takes a long time, and the dirty water in the shower stall does not drain well. Bath amenities include only one soap and one shampoo, which are not replenished...

Near the airport, I booked by phone, on the day of arrival the staff could not contact me, but the room was not given to anyone (5 stars right away), I called and said that I would be as I had booked, I arrived and checked in, everything was as agreed! There is a parking lot nearby where you can leave your car for several days.
I am staying for the second time. Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Air conditioning in the room. Polite workers. Thank you.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is included in a double room for 15k. There were also towels, bathrobes and disposable slippers. The room is clean. Was in this hotel that has a lot to offer. In the basement is the restaurant, sauna and pool.
