A cozy hotel for a business trip. Limited amenities and a basic breakfast. The bathroom featured a small tub with a shower curtain, and the room itself was very compact. However, it was clean and cozy. Don't rely on wake-up calls here; I asked the front desk to wake me up in the morning, but they forgot. Luckily, I managed to wake up on time myself. Despite this, the staff was polite and helpful.

First time stay. Staff very friendly and helpful (let me use the laundry room to iron my clothes), good hot sauna, breakfast some decent options and good coffee. The decor is a bit intense - feels like stepping into a time warp but the place has charm. Front desk staff spoke Engish which helped me a lot. Would defo stay again.

The room is well-equipped but a bit old. Breakfast is on the second floor, a Western breakfast. There is a paid laundry service. I paid 3200 tenge for a coat, a T-shirt and a pair of trousers.

Near the airport, I booked by phone, on the day of arrival the staff could not contact me, but the room was not given to anyone (5 stars right away), I called and said that I would be as I had booked, I arrived and checked in, everything was as agreed! We found it through Google maps, convenient location (metro 100 from the road). Quiet, cozy hotel, clean and spacious rooms. friendly staff. Closed parking lot under video surveillance. I recommend it to everyone.

Across from the city hall, the population is small, with few pedestrians. Behind it is the China-Europe Express train station, and there's a small construction site underway, making it quite small.

Was in this hotel that has a lot to offer. In the basement is the restaurant, sauna and pool. You can also see historical things from the past such as politics, sports, electronics, etc. The waitress Dasha was very pretty and friendly and showed me to the different rooms. Hotel with spacious rooms. The rooms have a small fridge and several tables and cupboards. On the day of departure, we were given typical Kazakhstan products at the hotel reception. The only problem with the hotel is that they don't speak English at all.
