A good, decent hotel, not expensive, more recently renovated compared to others, heated floors, convenient location, close to the 72nd quarter, 343 sq. m., and April is right across the street. Comfortable mattresses! 👍 Cons: thin walls. Highly recommended!

Everything is super clean and cozy. There's a restaurant nearby, a summer terrace, parking everywhere, video surveillance, air conditioning, a washing machine, and all the amenities.

I liked the hotel very much, everything is cozy. There are rates for 3 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours, which is very convenient. The room was very clean, clean accessories, TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, bed 180*200.
