As expected. Great location and spacious rooms. Staff has a lot of room to improve.

Okay so no kettle in the room, other than that this hotel is quite comfortable. The woman at the reception desk who speaks English took care of all my tourist needs. I highly recommend this place. I see no negative.

Nice place. Single beded rooms are big. The city was not so good. Typical soviet city.

Small rooms and you are lucky if you got a good view from the window. Usually it is against the wall or backyard. Also felt cold at night. Breakfast was okay. The gym is a joke, inventory there is from Soviet times I believe.

Friendly and smooth check in. Good location for Semey. I like the name of the hotel. Bed is fine. Compact size rooms. I wish that they provided a free bottle of water and a kettle to make tea. No microwave or safe either.
