A very strange hotel. Let's start with the fact that the air conditioners in the hotel did not work the entire time we were there. Considering that the room was +30, it was impossible to sleep normally. On the second day, the hotel had no electricity for several hours.
The hotel itself seems new, the rooms are large, everything is clean. The breakfast is also edible. The location is also good, a view of the river, a large shopping center is nearby.
But two sleepless nights is too much.

Excellent hotel. Great location. The ADK shopping center is across the street. The embankment is nearby for strolls. The rooms are luxurious. They have everything you need. They're spacious. The beds are soft.
The service is excellent. The only downside is the old towels. They've already turned gray and look like they need replacing.

Excellent hotel. Polite and attentive staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Situated on the Irtysh embankment. Great place for a walk. ADK hypermarket nearby. Satellite TV.

Good hotel, great location, large, spacious rooms, everything you need. Quiet, cozy, clean. Large bed, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. They responded quickly to all requests and did not refuse anything) I recommend!

Everything is good except for the breakfasts. The rooms are large and comfortable with interesting decor. The service strives to be perfect, but the rather monotonous and tasteless breakfasts somewhat spoil the impression.
