Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast are also was good and location is also good

Everything is great, but the gym was very dirty, although the whole hotel is great and clean. I'm writing for improvement!

The hotel has complete facilities, good service, is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, close to shopping malls and restaurant streets, and there are many flavors to choose from.

The hotel is new. Delicious breakfasts and friendly restaurant staff, including the chef and manager! The rooms are well soundproofed. Also nearby are KFC, doner, and Lanzhou. Transportation is also convenient. There's a gym. There are issues with room cleaning: they forget to put brushes, water, and slippers. Simply taking out the trash isn't cleaning! Fix this problem, and everything will be perfect

Top location indpwntown. Many restaurants in the walk distance. Good noise isolate.

I've stayed here many times. This time I booked it myself and the price was not more expensive than what a local friend booked. It's a relatively high-end hotel in this city with a good environment and location.

An excellent eco-park hotel! I highly recommend it. We came here for the first time to explore. We really enjoyed it and decided to come back for the weekend. We were very pleased with our stay. The service was excellent! If we had any problems, they were resolved immediately. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Great job! The cottages are cozy and beautiful! We had a family vacation, escaping the gray, polluted city for a weekend at the sunny Eco-Hotel "Zarechye." We went cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and even went to the sauna! Coincidentally, February 14th fell on a Saturday this year, and the hotel hosted a wonderful dinner. You could pre-order your meal and choose your favorite set. Had the chance to be the first foreigner to stay at Zarech’ye Eko-Otel’ and was very pleased to be. This is such an amazing place, high quality standard accommodations, surrounded by a gigantic wild area.. looking forward to being here again ..!!

Excellent hotel. Great location. The ADK shopping center is across the street. The embankment is nearby for strolls. The rooms are luxurious. They have everything you need. They're spacious. The beds are soft. The service is excellent. The only downside is the old towels. They've already turned gray and look like they need replacing.

Good hotel, great location, large, spacious rooms, everything you need. Quiet, cozy, clean. Large bed, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. They responded quickly to all requests and did not refuse anything) I recommend!

Everything is good except for the breakfasts. The rooms are large and comfortable with interesting decor. The service strives to be perfect, but the rather monotonous and tasteless breakfasts somewhat spoil the impression.

An affordable ski resort with reasonable prices, but... Cons from a spoiled snowboarder: - lift prices are a bit steep) compared to Sheregesh, the price is the same, but the mountains (slopes) are much smaller. - accommodation prices are also a bit steep) - you can eat in the cafes, but it's not for everyone) Overall, our region is great!) Come to VKO!!!

Excellent skiing and snowboarding. Excellent cuisine. Beautiful cabins. Friendly staff.

Warm, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. For a small fee, you get: breakfast, a room with a shower and toiletries, cable TV, and a refrigerator.

Considering the airport is only 500 meters away, many shortcomings can be overlooked. It's time for renovations and a greater focus on cleanliness.

An interesting hotel with uniquely designed interiors. They appear to be handmade. The room was cool, but toiletries were provided. The price was reasonable. The café deserves special mention.
