I stayed here on a business trip. It's a nice location, conveniently located on the ground floor. I booked a suite, and I recommend it; it was close to work. The only problem was the heat—the air conditioning was barely keeping up with the 50-degree temperature.

The service is excellent, there's internet, but the upkeep is a weak B. It seems the owner doesn't have the time or money to maintain the hotel at a decent level (weak hot water pressure, broken furniture, dead batteries in the remote controls—the list goes on).

Everything's fine. + They accept cards. There's nothing in the bathroom except a roll of toilet paper. And thank goodness for that. Everything's clean, odorless, and the air conditioner works. It's a good place.

The renovations were decent, but there were no basic amenities: no soap, no remote controls for the air conditioner or TV. The TV channels were local only, and I turned on the TV using my phone and the iremote app. There was dirt, nails, and hair everywhere, under the shower rug, behind the sofa, under the carpet. The manager came into the room with her shoes on, even though she saw we were all wearing socks. Dust. I can't stand dirt. We asked them to fix the issue with the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV, but they ignored us. In short, everything looks beautiful, but there's no service at all: no refrigerator, no way to make tea, zero service.
