Private accomodation in Kadzhi-Say

The guesthouse's name truly lives up to its name! The rooms are cozy and the interior is beautiful. I'd like to thank the hostess, Elena, for her hospitality and the warm, magical atmosphere she's created here!

The rooms are very clean, the hostess Elena is a warm person, the breakfasts are delicious and healthy, and Natalia's garden deserves special praise—so much work and care has gone into this place

I visited this guesthouse in mid-Oct, unfortunately it is closed off season.

Host is amazing facilities are in great shape. Just bring your Russian translator English is not spoken by staff.

A great place for a family vacation, and not only that, the rooms are very clean, the bedding is good, and it's cozy. The grounds are beautiful and green, with gazebos. I loved everything and want to come back

A wonderful, welcoming, and cozy home

We had a pleasant two-night stay at Sham. Booking directly via WhatsApp was easy, and they were helpful in answering our questions while planning the trip. We stayed in a lake view room, the view was lovely and peaceful

Both evenings, we picked up takeaway dinner and ate on the balcony, enjoying the scenery and sunset over Issyk Kul. The location worked well for us, just a 20-minute drive to Skazka Canyon

The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the service is always attentive and friendly. Everything was well-organized, and I felt truly welcomed during my stay

A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere. We've been twice, and both times we were impressed. The second time, we went with a large family, and everyone loved it

Very good stay. Rooms were amazing with view on the lake. Good breakfast. Staff was not very welcoming (probably due to language barrier)

Overall, we appreciated the friendly hospitality and would recommend Sham to others looking for a quiet spot near the lake

Class!!! The hostess is hospitable. Everything is clean and homely. I recommend it to everyone!!!

UNION! We not only had enough for everyone, we also ate the next day! The impression of a vacation very much depends on the place where you live, so the guest house "Elena" is the key to a wonderful vacation from the first minutes until departure! Thank you very much, Elena, for your hospitality, we will recommend you to everyone!

I would like to say a big thank you to the owner of the house, Elena, for creating excellent living conditions for her guests. The house has everything you need for cooking and for good rest

Really good choice for those who are looking to find a peaceful and healthy environment. The host provides the utmost assistance in order to let you feel at easy. Highly recommended.

We occupied both halves of the house and everyone was accommodated comfortably - the rooms were large and bright, the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and cozy

We rested in the Elena guest house on the southern shore of Issyk-Kul in August 2018, with a large group of 3 families (13 people)
